If zero was an option that is what I would give the mail delivery. Our regular person was terrific. I have no idea who is delivering now but today I got not only my mail but 5 mail pieces for 4 other households. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

No one is available to answer the phone? Like you guys are not able to hire a specific person to answer calls only? This is extremely poor customer service.

Honestly rude support, I called over the phone and they called me back and the second I answered she sounded upset with me when we started talking the lady seemed upset at me for not telling her how to do her job, I’m autistic and have anxiety so stuff like that can easily freak me out, would feel too harsh giving them 1 star that’s the only reason they got three (ps if you were the lady I was on the phone with please try to be nicer.)

I absolutely Adore of People working at this Post Office. They ARE So Helpful. This post office is small, but you can feel care. I see a lot of people complain about the delivery. But that has nothing to do with the stuff working over there. And, again, thank you So much Larry, everyone, for your care! You are an Awesome team! 😻And, you know, it depends on you, how you see the world, with Love - everything is changing. GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸❤️

They never deliver my package. Instead, they take it back and claim that I requested to hold it at the post office.

When will there be any changes here? I dropped off packages that were not scanned, they said everything goes out but yet I have no way of tracking it and the service is canceling my order.
The employees here have the worst attitude, they are soooo rude!!! I know customers may suck but it’s not the rest of the customers fault either, quit your job if you hate it that much you’re clearly unhappy!

The worst post office in the world! Will deliver you items at the wrong address on a consistent basis! Packages have been stolen they won't doing anything about it! Would give 0 stars if it was an option!

Never really had any issues here but I arrived today to drop off packages at 4:20pm and all their doors were locked. It’s inconvenient since I rushed after work to get there before they close at supposedly 5pm.

The worse mail delivery ever. I've lived here 20 yrs and they can't seem to deliver to the right address. Not sure what's happening to my packages but I put cameras facing my mailbox and my packages aren't being put in my mailbox but yet they mark it delivered. I've canceled most subscriptions because I don't trust I will get my stuff. It's very sad really! I buy most of my stuff from Amazon now because at least they take pictures showing they delivered it. I'm down to 2 products that still use mailbox and if it's not delivered one more time I will buy it off Amazon too. They need to take picture of the package in the right mailbox maybe??? I have zero confidence in forney post delivery. Step it up Forney.

If I could give them zero stars I would, there is no need to be rude and nasty to people. Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about. All I needed to do is mail a box the young lady rudely said they don't tape boxes down, they aren't provided tape. I mailed a box at another post office and they did it with no problem. In all my years of mailing stuff I've never been told that. Now I'm driving to another city after working all night when this could have been simple. A post office with no tape????
