Don't waste your time. Just go to the one in Terrell. Worse customer i have seen in awhile. Also don't order online they will.just sell it to a different customer.

Kevin was amazing and so patient. When I came in, he had 3 or 4 customers and I saw how he assisted all of them prior to me and it was fantastic. When it was my time, I didnt feel rushed. He took time to answer questions. I worked in the customer service industry for maybe 15 years now and this is what we call going above and beyond. Simply amazing service.

Rizwan is very rude and condescending. He was dismissive of my problem and only helped me because he wanted the sale.

Kevin at this store is a sincere guy. He seems to be very honest and wants to do his best for the customer. This store has very little wait time.

Went in today 5/13/2024 at around 1:07 PM CST to attempt to transfer from T-Mobile to Verizon. The South Asian/Middle Eastern male employee was extremely rude, dismissive and ignored me. He didn't even speak a word when I entered nor even said a simple ”hello welcome to Verizon.” I even waited for five more minutes STILL not being spoken to or acknowledged.Decided to leave since he refused to help or attend to me. Even leaving he did not even apologize or call me back to attempt to make up for him ignoring and not helping me. That was deliberately done on his part.Verizon lost a customer based on your horrible employee. He should not be an employed if he can't even have basic decency, social skills and a willingness to interact. Retraining isn't possible for someone like that.Decided to go with AT&T at least they care.
