Raquel from Bemoxie contacted me about a shipping issue - they covered the additional costs on my first order (without even making me aware there was any!) and then tried many options with my 2nd order to be sure I didn’t overpay. They were very clear and transparent and super helpful.
Communications were very prompt and polite, and raquel even made some suggestions to me for an alternative product that she recommends since I’m finding it so hard to get my hands on the one I’ve always used - even providing me with a free sample in with my most recent order.
