Terrible service. They do not answer the phone. When you do get ahold of them and ask for a prescription to be shipped to your home, they will lie to you several times. You will not receive your prescription on time and have to call several times hoping to get someone to answer the phone. You will not receive your prescription until over a week later than what you were told. Very disappointing.

I brought My 4 year old for a flue shot. HUGE MISTAKE. ONE they can't give her a shot in the thigh. Ok before I could get my daught situated or tell her I will take her to her doctor the woman shoves the needle in her arm causing blood to get all over my shirt from a simple vaccination. Any moron knows you can't give a shot so someone who is not still. Now she has a huge bruise on her arm. What an absolute careless incompetent jerk.

The pharmacist lied to me instead of stating clearly her problem with a med prescribed. If she had been honest, then perhaps my medication would have been filled or I could've alerted my provider before COB. Lying to clients is UNETHICAL.

I went to pick a prescription for a friend whose doctor sent over. I never use Walmart for my medication and I never will after this incident. I went inside to pick up medication and show insurance card. That young lady was nice ( which explains the one star & the fact that you have to give at least one star). She gave me instructions on picking up medication from Walmart, which will take 30 mins. This Walmart doesn’t have a drive thru. So I went to my car & waited 32 mins then called. The girl explained to me that it would be 10 more minutes because someone was ahead of me. Once the medication was ready the doctor called me and explain to me instructions on taking the medication. Then she transferred me to one of the techs to take my payment. This tech is either slow or on qualified for this position because I had to repeat my card number to her several times and she kept interrupting me while I was giving her the card number which would explain why I had to continue to repeat myself. Once payment was made the same person came to the car without a mask and ask if she could throw the medication in the back. I told her no she can place it in the back window and she yells out no you have Covid but yet you show up without a mask with someone who you presume has Covid. I go inside to speak with a manager. I was told they don’t have a manager but I could speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist came to the door and I explain to her what happened. In short she has violated HIPPA Laws and the pharmacist said she will talk to her. I said……Talk to her? Talk to her? No, she should be fired.

On 1/7/2022 ar approximately 4:50 p.m. I called the pharmacy to pick up my prescription from the comfort of my car. A representative picked up ask the name of prescription then hung up on me. I called back and of course no answer. I had to go inside. I would have felted better if the person would have explained that there were busy and if I could come inside. They should have scheduled someone for the phone for the curbside. That is very unprofessional. What's the point of curbside when no one is working it.

My daughter decided to get her Covid shot. Usually techs aren’t allowed to give shots but, given what’s going on, they’re allowed to right now. I get that IF you TRAIN them to PROPERLY administer a shot! The tech stabbed my daughter so hard that blood was streaming and she now has a big whelp and bruise. Not the typical “you just got a shot” stuff. It’s a “you got punched” bruise and whelp. Not happy at all! And yes, I’m trained in administering shots, the tech did it wrong.

Just moved to the area and was a bit worried by all the negative reviews. So far, so good, I will update along the way good or bad.Called to check on a prescription being called in; was not called in yet, but woman who answered was very kind, and offered to check voicemail while I held. Thank you for checking - off to a great start!

Very upset that the fact that the hours online doesn't say they're closed from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch. So I get there at 1:38 I have to leave quickly because I have to pick up my son so now I have to go back to get the medicine.

Where can I begin? I can’t believe this place is where people are being sent to receive life saving medication. They are so rude, so lazy, and so inefficient. They’ve hung up on me numerous times, placed me on hold for more than 10 mins on more than one occasion , and they just never have my medication ready to pick up. The people who work there aren’t trained in any kind of customer service. My final straw with this place was arriving 40 mins before close and not being able to pick up my medication cause my insurance provider was calling them to verify the info and they hung up on them, WHILE I WAS THERE WATCHING. Like many things at Walmart this place doesn’t even rise to the bare minimum of what is acceptable, especially for a service that is so important to people’s health. If I could give it zero stars I would. Take your business elsewhere.

I use this pharmacy regularly. They have many good employees who do their best to help their customers. They even go above and beyond what is expected. They use a central fill location that fills prescriptions and sends them to the store ready to be dispensed to the customer. This takes extra time. If you need a prescription sooner you should call the pharmacy and let them know. Using their messaging service can prevent unnecessary trips to the pharmacy. Staffing can be an issue as with any business. No pharmacy is perfect, but have patience and be understanding of issues beyond their control. I rated this pharmacy a 4 because I believe there is always room for improvement.
