We waited 3 hrs for our food, I know they said it was understaff, if it was than close down that place or fix the problem, poor management and we’ve been giving this place so many chances but we had it very poor maintenance and very poor professionalism I’m beyond disappointed, the workers there were trying and I don’t blame them the management failed them, that’s why there’s always new people. Welp y’all don’t come here if you want to wait 1-3hr for the food

Mad respect to the three guys working tonight! Waited 2 hours for my food just like everyone else but considering these guys never stopped moving and had at least 30 orders the entire time I can't complain. Corporate needs to fix their website so the wait times given on the app or website are better but other then that those 3 guys killed it under the circumstances ?

Waited 2hrs for an online order that never made delivery. Tried to call to cancel , resturant did not answered. Voice mail is full!!!

Horrible!!!!! We place an online order , it said it will take 58 minutes ......so we waited 58 min, when we got there to pick up our order, they said they didnt put the order yet now we had to wait another 58 min, so we decided to cancel our order never again we will order from here

Waited over 45 minutes for my food, was given attitude by the employee saying it needed 3 more minutes. I asked her what the hold up was, as the order showed completed via the app 20 minutes earlier. Her response was that the app and restaraunt don’t sync up, they complete orders as they come in, however people were ordering in store and receiving their food before me. She was very combative and firm the issue wasn’t hers. A gentleman asked her what the issue was, he referred her to the rack of food where my order had been waiting. The employee didn't offer an apology, just turned her back and handed me the food with out acknowledgment. By the time I got home, the food was cold and the wings soggy. I need a refund, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Wingstop. I cant express my level of disappointment in the entire staff and store, and Wingstop as a whole.

Waited 45 minutes for a doordash order. I was actively ignored as a total of 27 customers (I had the time to count) came in and out with their orders tonight; a mix of online and other Doordash orders. I never received the order and unassigned instead. What happened to the chatty staff??

Horrible service and well passed my scheduled pick up time, yet I heard them complaining to a customer that the reason their fried are cold is because they were late.. I'll never go back... it's been a few years since I've been to this location..... my order is still about an hr past the time I was told it would be ready

This place has always had terrible service, but it actually got worse! At least my order used to be correct in the past, even if nobody ever had a clue how to give a proper ETA. I placed a phone order for a 30 piece crew pack mixed at 4:30pm on a Sunday. Phone is required to ask for "wet" or extra sauce, otherwise the wings will come dry with no extra sauce in the bottom. There's no other way to get this besides walking in to order in person. Phone center lady in India says 25 minutes but I knew not to expect that. Food arrives at 6:30 (2 hours from the time the order was placed) Veggie sticks are missing. Garlic parmesan was supposed to be boneless but its bone-in, and it's all flats! Talk about adding insult to injury! My original hot bone-in that I wanted wet was dry, and one flat looked like it got cooked twice. I've never seen this many mistakes on one order! 5 mistakes! I'll just go to Terrell or Seagoville next time. It's crazy how this place stays in business. They must put drugs in the sauce or something; people seem to be addicted, myself included.
