The hours here say they’re open and I’ve been waiting for them to open for over an hour now. I’ve come to this location two times and they always seem to be closed while their hours say “open”. I’ve attempted to get my wife this pump two times. I couldn’t get in contact with the individual that worked there so I kept asking around until someone that worked around there just told me to scream for the individual in the back room so I decided to scream to see what time she’d open the gate and all she told me was that she was on “lunch” when she came out. This is extremely frustrating and rude when I keep trying to get my wife what she needs and there’s no way to know when this store will be open. The sign outside said they’d be back at 12 but it’s currently 2:46 pm. Every other store is open but them.

Can’t rate the store it’s self however, it claims to be open on Saturdays till 2 my wife has try’d to go by on a couple different Saturdays including today but they’ve been closed

My wife recently went into this store to select a breast pump. She specifically told the employee and physically pointed to which pump she wanted. Unfortunately, this store did not do its due diligence in ordering the correct pump. The store shipped the wrong pump to us. When trying to return the incorrect pump, they told us they could not accept the pump even though they were the ones to order the incorrect pump. So now we are now stuck with the wrong pump. Very unhappy with the effort of trying to resolve the issue of a mistake made by this store.

Janet, Moe, Katrina, Lorena. These are the names of the people at Barber DME located on Ft. Bliss PX that will make sure you as the patient get what you need. These ladies have gone above and beyond to assist me in acquiring the medical devices I needed for my sleep therapy and even stayed past closing so I could be taken care of. This level of dedication is a rare thing now a days. It's heartening to see that the expectation of service is not just something you should rely on from green suitors. They are very knowledgeable about how the referral process works and what you need to tell tricare in order to make sure you get the right equipment and do so in a timely fashion. Thank you Miss Janet to you and your team.

The most nicest people work here. The front desk lady is extremely helpful and kind. They help you right away and greet you as soon as you come in. Great customer service! I came in for a breast pump and was surprised with the variety that the military offers. Definitely recommend
