Tried charging me 150 bucks for an oil change! Once I said ain’t no way immediately the price miraculous dropped 50 bucks. I just took my keys and left. It’s disappointing a mechanic shop on base is price gauging service members.

I recently had my 50,000 mile service done onmy 2018 Chrysler 300. Great price and service. The Technician name is David. Trustworthy and Professional. I will come back again. I highly recommend Firestone Fort Bliss. Thanks.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I’m very happy that I made an appointment to get my tires changed. The staff was very respectful and helpful! My tires were not in stock. Luckily a sister shop had my tires. They were there in less than 20 minutes. I went back to work and got a call an hour later saying my car was ready. Juan O. was amazing! He answered all of my questions, was extremely helpful and straight forward. To be honest, I think the 2.9 star rating is because of the soldiers that feel entitled. Yes, I’m a soldier too. The way some of the soldiers spoke to the employees was something else… the team worked fast and they had cars coming in fast and they worked efficiently. All in all, great customer service and a great experience.

This place has no respect for people's time. we showed up at 3 and left at 7:30. place wasn't even busy, and they barely started working on the car around 6. never coming here again. We were talking to other customers there, and they were there longer than we were. after we got the car back, it wouldn't even turn on. place is a joke.

Made an appointment for 1100. Upon arrival I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. I was annoyed, but rescheduled for 0700 when they assured me I would be in and out. Upon arrival at 0700, I was told they don't have my air filter, and wouldn't get it in until 0830. The appointment was made with my make and model. The air filter should've already been in the shop. They knew the reason for the reschedule was that I don't have time to sit and wait. Completely unacceptable and not convient at all.

if you think you are going to save time since it is on base? stay away they take longer, a lot longer time and they damage your car. now you have to pay more money and time

This was my first time having state inspection done with firestone. It took them an hour and half to finish everything. I was kind of upset as it never took that long before in other places. But after the inspection, I was given the detail of all the issues I had and about to have with my vehicle with the price. I was very pleased with their service. I even told the employee that I never experienced that level of detail inspection with other merchants. I use the dealership for oil change and other servicing. I recently had one and they never point out anything at a time. I found firestorm did a really good job. I will start looking for firestorm for my services after today. Also, the cost of State inspection was cheaper compared to other locations.

Repairing cost of my vehicle was $1400 and it was fine with me. After they fix it I went to pay and another person that it was not the one that gave me the price of how much I was supposed to pay told me I needed to pay more because they change the oil and did an mandatory inspection! No one told me from the beginning That was part of the deal! I told him that my first l quoted was $1,400 wish I agreed but I was not paying more because no one told him to do other services a never requested and also no one mentioned that! The guy got upset! But Y’all need to transparent with clients from the beginning! And let customers decide if they want and can afford it! It was horrible service and I will never go back again in this place!
