They got rid of Pizza Hut, the prices usually project less than the cost, and the tire pumps say free air and do just that. You try to fill up your tire and end up with a flat the air hose doesn’t have a valve for a car tire (needs an adapter) and without it you lose the air you did have. They won’t fix it either. The location is great with decent staff but they refuse to make it a good GAS Station. This is an express with a food court nothing more.

When I say this place is rude, I mean rude with a capital R. I am absolutely floored by how dismissive and unprofessional the staff can be. It’s shocking to see such a lack of basic courtesy—especially in a place that serves our military community. Many of us have family and friends actively serving this country, and to be treated with such disrespect is simply unacceptable. The staff seemed uninformed, uncaring, and completely unwilling to provide even the most basic level of customer service. I truly hope they are never treated the way they treated me today. Rolling of eyes and all !

Worst Express I have ever been to, and that includes the ones at Irwin. Horrible customer service when you need help, and the gas pumps consistently do not work; the same gas pumps. They do not fix the problems and only give excuses when you ask.

Bad experience with cashier, rude on her cell phone and too bothered to help us just to prepay for gas. She of course wasn’t wearing a name tag. Tried two different pumps to pay at the pump and neither would work, had to walk inside and the main entrance door wasn’t even operating.

Not sure who the caisher was this morning but, the second time I tried to get gas from her an both times has a smart attitude and rude. Trying to get in to rasp and being held upI didn't ask for a job there an mostly everyone who comes in is military need to learn respect.
