Just moved here since my hubby got stationed out here. We never had issues with a post office till moving here. It took us a month to get mail keys after being told we’d have keys no later than 2 weeks. We honestly wouldn’t even have our keys if we didn’t file in a complaint. They don’t even communicate with their drivers properly so now I have mis- put mail, says it was delivered in mailbox and it’s not. I see how this post office is the lowest rating one in our area.

Be prepared to be in line for a minute waiting for assistance because it’s always a line and they only have ONE person working the desk

Cecily Williams - She did not say a word to me and had an attitude the entire time.
I walked in and was the 2nd person, she saw us in like but moved very slowly
to do a few tasks and did not acknowledge us. After a few minutes, she said very quietly to the gentleman in front of me and she took care of him.
The entire time she has a nasty look on her face like she could not believe she had to work there today. I have gone multiple times and NEVER have I had experienced someone who couldn't hold back their RFB and subtitles on there face here. She did not talk to me the entire visit or even say hello or thank you. I had a out 8 packages scanned.

Did a change of address for the same post office on base just a few streets over. I turned in the physical cards to the post office. Some how when they put it into the system they post dated it for the next month. So now I can't get my mail from the old address and I'm not set to receive mail for my next place for 23 days from the date that I requested. I asked for the manager she said she can't tell me why it happened or change it. So I guess I just have to wait to get my debit card and tax statments. On a side note my postman is awesome it's just the post office that shows no regard for their customers.

Always understaffed and long lines. Employees seem to be nice but seriously would recommend just going somewhere else and definitely get a PO Box else where

Worse post office ever. Same lady is always opening late. Seems like being on time and servicing soldiers isn’t important.

Horrible customer service. Ms Miller was at the counter, as I walked in, she was on her phone texting the entire time, didn’t even bother to lift her eyelids and look at her customer. Super rude, distracted, and unprofessional. Didn’t even want to put in the effort to say one word, if she needed me to sign, pay, or any action at all, she just pointed with her finger. I’m so sorry that you hate your job.

Zero stars should really be an option for this place. It's always one person at the counter, long lines & rude workers. Those things are the least of your worries. They gave us a key for our home without a box number, was originally told the info is on the boxes (they lied), the next day, told we would get a call giving us the info (they lied again), went back the next day & was told a box number, went to try the key & it didn't work (they lied yet again). I'm currently still not able to retrieve my mail! The people who work here are lying, deceitful, scumbags! USPS & Ft Bliss need to value soldiers & their family & hire competent workers. At least people who are decent human beings & willing to help correct THEIR mistake.

I’ve always received great customer service at this location. Recently, I didn’t have the correct packaging for a return and the employee helped without hesitation.
