I explained to him I was waiting. N politely declined due to USAA coming. But he said he had to make a stop and if I was still here he would stop to help out . 30 mins later he was back. “3rd time using them. 1st time, they fixed a leaky tire/ rim on wife's Chevy Cruze that 2 other places over 14 months couldn't. 2nd time, off balanced tire on her car, they found the tread separated, gave me a GREAT price on the specialized tire that model needs. TODAY go there with what was surely bad front brakes: squeel, wheel vibration braking. They found a stone lodged in a caliper, disc pads better than 50% left. Took it for test with mechanic and ALL fixed. This place has the OLD SCHOOL ethics when it comes to car repair.”

“I picked up a screw in my rear passenger side tire on my truck about 10 miles outside of town while hauled a trailer load of cattle to the sale barn. I pulled in as I entered town and the two gentleman working were in the middle of another vehicle. After assessing the situation and weighing our options, they aired me back up so I could safely make to the sale barn to unload. They said they’d be ready for me on my way back out of town and had an area cleared so I could safely pull off of the street with my trailer. They jumped in right away and had me patched up and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Top notch guys and top notch service, they definitely saved my day and I can’t thank them enough.”

“I hunt in San Saba and my time there is limited. Shahan is one of two auto part stores in San Saba. When you first walk in, you may think things look very dusty and unorganized. You would be correct. However, the counter staff is very knowledgeable and seem to know where everything is. I went in to get a special spark plug for my ATV. They didn't have it (neither did their competitor) but gave me a cross-reference number. They ordered it and it came in the next day. TIP: They close at noon on Saturday. Shahan is family owned. It's been in San Saba for two generations. One peculiar oddity I noticed is the N in Shahan is backwards on their sign on the building. I don't know why. My guess is it was simply installed incorrectly and never corrected. The dark letters disappear into the facade of the building so I would guess that most people don't even notice. Bottom line - Good customer service. Can get what you need if they don't have it in stock. A little unorganized but they seem to know where everything is located.”

“I can't recommend this place enough! I needed my front turn signal bulb replaced. After taking my vehicle to 3 different mechanics who told me that the whole bumper of my car had to come off in order to do it, and calling multiple other repair shops, I finally came across 3D Auto. They found an easier procedure than that and quoted me 1/4 of the price I had been given at multiple other locations. I took my car for that repair this morning, and they informed me that I also had a brake light out, which they went ahead and fixed for a very reasonable price. I was not the only customer that was there at the time, and my wait time was still less than an hour. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional, service was quick, and the price could not be beat!”
