Rayan’s mobile repair saw me on the side of the road and stopped to help me out. I told him I had been waiting on the side of the road almost 2 hrs for USAA to send a tow. I explained to him I was waiting. N politely declined due to USAA coming. But he said he had to make a stop and if I was still here he would stop to help out . 30 mins later he was back. Very appreciative being that it now completely dark outside and it was already scary being on the side of the highway. Thank you Rayan ‼️ 100% recommend‼️‼️‼️

Doesn’t tell you the price until he gets there and threatens to call police and hit you with misdemeanor didn’t make it clear to read his “policy” very much a scammer.

Absolutely awful, hidden fees that someone with some actual heart would tell you they charge before the customer agrees, acting like driving from temple to killeen is worth 450 dollars and didnt even work on anything it was just a dead battery lol... do you bro, gods watching

one of the worst mechanic experiences I’ve had.
I scheduled Ryan to do an idle relearn procedure on my vehicle. It took less than 30 minutes for him to complete and I was still charged for 3 hrs of work. In my case, I already knew exactly what needed to be done on my vehicle. There were no parts needed nor was there any physical labor involved. I was still charged $424 for a simple procedure that took 20 mins. This service honestly could’ve been charged as a diagnostic fee. The idle relearn procedure was taken by my car, but I still ended up on the side of the road minutes later. Ryan offered to tow me and do a diagnostic free of charge, but overall it was still a terrible experience paying almost $500 for something so simple and quick.. all to break down immediately afterwards. To be charged that much for something that did not help my situation felt like robbery.
I’d strongly suggest reading the reviews left by other customers and read the fine print on his website on how he plans on charging you. There are mobile mechanics out here that will do more for less.

I would not call this man. Showed up charged me $85 dollars and did not even diagnose the problem correctly. I told what I thought and it turned out I was right. He chose to ignore me. He also wanted to charge me $95 dollars to take 4 srews off replace a sensor them screw it back in place. Spent less than 30 min. Waste of time and money. Money does not grow on trees.

Omg I got stuck in the middle of no where and run out the gas, then broke my drive shaft, also popped my tires. I try to call online mobile mechanic but no one would drive out that far, so I run up on MR. Ryan mobile online number. And decide to give him a call, told him my situation. He didn’t hesitate a bit and head right over. He was so kind and nice, he even offer me a beer from him cooler. The price is very fair. Super nice guy. He is kind cute too omgoodness, might save his number incase my junk car broke down again, I can give him a call.

Fair prices and strong work! He was able to diagnose my truck within minutes and was very punctual with the rest of the work. This is a very knowledgeable fella. He knows what he’s doing under the hood! I’d recommend him to anyone, friends and family too. The mechanic lost my key and locked me out of my vehicle. Thought the $125 diagnostic fee was a rip off but doesn’t really even compare to having to pay for a new key and locksmith. Wouldn’t recommend. They are based in Killeen and didn’t even tell me that before charging me mileage to Austin… would of been a whole lot easier to get it towed to the nearest shop. Ryan wasnt being helpful, he’s just looking to make a buck. I’d look elsewhere for customer service.

He came on time and was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Another mechanic said that I needed a starter and was going to charge me $400 in just labor. Ryan came and checked the fuses first come to find out it just needed a fuse. Ryan was very reasonable with his price to come out.

WARNING!!! Reconsider before hiring this mechanic…Quick service does not =quality service!I rarely take a moment out of my busy schedule to write a bad review as I love uplifting other business owners. In this case, I felt I had to not just for what has happened in my situation but in hopes others looking for a mobile mechanic will seriously take this review as a warning.Ryan came out to diagnose the problem with our broken down vehicle as we were trying to get back to Ft Worth from Ft Hood. We had a radiator bust so he came out to replace the transmission. We took off towards Ft Worth, the car started smoking, the gas pedal was being pressed but the car not responded and had to coast into a gas station. Transmission fluid everywhere! I had to pay for a tow to ft worth, have a mechanic diagnose the issue and to find out the coolant line was not hooked up correctly to the transmission. Ryan asked the emchanic contact him about the diagnostic, which he did, Ryan did not dispute the diagnostic at all and ask the mechanic to send him the bill.Several days went by and Ryan never contacted us to check on my wife's car or offer an apology. I went over the fees and asked for a refund for only the install (not the diagnostic & part fee), towing and mechanic. He wouldn't refund all and still 18 days later no refund or communication and my transmission is not working correctly which is most likely from a lack of lubrication while driving. No humility ro customer service!

I'm out of town and my daughter goes to College in Waco. My daughter was unable to start her car, several people attempted to help her but the car wouldn't cooperate. I called Ryan's Mobile Repair and to my shock he responded to my daughter's aid within 2 hours with parts in hand. He got her up and running very quickly. Absolutely outstanding and heroic effort from a small business. Ryan's Mobile Repair saved the day! Prices were very reasonable! I will definitely use Ryan's Mobile Repair again.
