Shopping at Family Dollar today was a delightful experience. The kindness of the cashiers truly brightened my day. Zero stars if I could. I waa a weary, hungry traveler and a victim of abuse, so my head wasn't clear and I simply and very politely asked the angry, unpleasant looking lady behind the counter where the bread was. She looked at me incredulously and told me her customers" know how to look up at the signs." This is the second horrible experience I have had here, just trying to get my bearings and groceries.She needs to be fired, and half the town of Fort Davis schooled on basic manners.

Bought a jar of Mayonnaise got home seal was broken. Took it back next day, big hassle. Manager, named Rebecca, very rude. Poor cashier, tried to charge me a 2nd time! I finally left Mayonnaise and left. Never will I shop there again.

Visited and the entire store was very rude. Dirty, and everyone just acted like they wanted me to be nothing but gone. Will never stop at a family dollar again.

Don’t knock the service. These folks work up to 60+ hours a week, and when I was there last, they only had 3 employees total to work 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week. You do the math!
