A great job of re-creating what the fort was like . We easily spent a couple of hours reading and looking at everything. Plus a lovely walk to a lookout up above.Definitely worth stopping in

One of the stops on our road trip list. Nicely maintained and insteresting sites. Learnt some history and life at the fort. I never though life at a fort can be so luxurious for the officer's family.

This was an interesting place. There were some living history actors who answered a myriad of questions, and their information was insightful. Most buildings are well-preserved, so it feels like you're stepping back in time. I recommend this place, but make sure you bring water. It can get hot out there.
