“This was a pleasant surprise. Have been here many times in the past but never stayed at the lodge. Had thought it wasn't worth it. But decided to try for first time and the room was awesome. Entire lodge was beautiful and tom was very clean considering where this is. Only negative were the wasps around the pool, which looked great, due to pecan trees. My boys were disappointed they couldn't get in due to how many wasps were getting drinks. But highly recommend staying here.”
“Cozy spot for all things Fort Davis. The hospitality was top notch. It was my 50th and they ran to town to fully equip our room with amenities- birthday brownies, coffee maker, and a microwave magically showed up just for me. Cheers!”

“It's a great place. A bummer the elevator having a hard time getting it fixed. The hardware for tub and shower sure does need to be changed out. And the carpet should be sanitized from time to time and keep the stains cleaned off. Otherwise everything else is great. Enjoyed the balcony. ❣️”

“Motor Lodge...Family Friendly ,Comfortable. Kids loved the swimming pool.The store has some delicious sandwiches,cold salads,drinks. Some of the nicest folks around. Ft Davis is such a pretty place to stay!Book Direct with the Motel,owner is a great guy . I do not recommend Booking sites for the reservation ,other sites are misleading.”
