You can order the same thing 10 times and they're going to make it 10 different ways, all of which are wrong. Absolutely no consistency with the drinks here at all.

Starting off my New Years Resolutions with brutal honesty. Ordered a turkey, egg, and cheese on a bagel and a chai tea. First off of was in the drive through and do not care if I was pulled up 5 inches from the window or 3 feet. I pulled my car up where I felt it needed to be to not hit the wall and the employee goes next time pull closer to me because I have to bend over this counter to reach you. Not necessary for you to request that to a customer. Honestly just irritated my day. Then opened my sandwich up and all the cheese was practically blackened and burnt to a crisp not even cheese anymore. The croissant was so toasted that I could barely bite into it and my chai tea was the most disgusting chai I’ve ever had. Not that $8 breaks the bank but I definitely should’ve just gone and got my normal at Starbucks!

They dont never have anything you order online. For them to be open until 10pm you can't get what you want. This is crazy.

Prices have increased a lot lately and the donuts are much smaller than they used to be. The Boston cream donuts barely have any chocolate on them. On top of that, the service was slow, they messed up the orders of a couple people in front of me and they completely forgot to make one person’s order until he asked at the counter. Just not worth the money.

Sat in a long line in the drive through just for them to mess up my order. I corrected it at the window, and she still gave me the wrong sandwich and the wrong donut. Never going there again.

Nasty customer service,more than 15 minutes for drinks and bagel, amd two old fashion donut employee is was upset when I check my bags , and I said give my drink ,she close the window with my drink inside , we waiting for the manager she opened the window and give me my drink and bagel this incident happened in clear creek killeen tx ,

Dunkin hashbrowns were one of my favorite items on the menu. The last few times ive been here instead of being crispy and delicious they have been greasy, soggy, stuck together and falling apart. I hope they get better!

Food great!!!!! But service is terrible, maybe because employees are all new. They were extremely slow, and had trouble dealing with a coupon!

Waited about 10 minutes for an associate to even acknowledge me. They were all hiding out in the back. Was greeted with "what do you want" associate threw my order in a bag and slid bag across the counter. Also, they are closed on Sundays.

They don’t listen. I asked for no cheese , they even repeated my order when I picked up. But when I opened my food they added double cheese. It’s like that EVERYTIME I go to this location. Staff is extremely rude as well. I will be getting in contact with the manager.

Over all they doing a great job from my understanding they are under new management , and have only 5 people to that facility. They are hard working ladies who try there best to provide great service. They have only 3 -2 people from 06 till maybe 7 then they get the 3rd idk then they have 1 person to each station all I see is that they are giving there all and working with what they have. The only bad side is they don't do the dunkin rewards and no ice cream. And hrs of operation have changed to 06-1400 Mon_Fri

A pretty good Dunkin' Donuts overall. The restrooms nearby are clean and it has a large seating area with large windows to let in natural sunshine. It's inside a mini-store with also houses Jimmy John's, a small trading card shop, and a military clothing store so if you need a drink, snacks or something else it's also convenient to stop by. They have fast service except during the weekdays since its always packed in the morning since its on a military base. The employees are hit and miss with some not being very pleasant and some being great. They close the kitchen at 1 PM so all you can get is drinks after that. Another thing to add is that they don't have everything on their menu. However the food is made well and they usually have fresh donuts every day. Besides that it's important to note they don't take Dunkin' Donuts awards. Overall it's still a great Dunkin' Donuts with some minor problems but I highly suggest you go to the one over by Clear Creek Rd as it also has a Baskin Robbins and has longer hours.

Why put a flase closing time. If youre not open dont lie about it. Tbh i dont think they care because ft hood doesnt do anything about bad business.
