Complete trash service and shop operations. I spent an hour waiting for a 10 minute service and my vehicle was never touched; this was first thing in the morning with a fully staffed shop and only one person ahead of me who was also receiving a ten minute service. Don’t go to this place!

Dropped vehicle off a little after 10 am for a tire didn't get my car pulled in until 330 pm and wasn't done until almost 5 pm never coming here again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do either.

I have been disappointed, just as I take care of the maintenance of my vehicle as well as its care because everything is money. I decided to change my tires here because I simply wanted to give myself the opportunity to try Firestone despite so many bad reviews they have. But it turns out that their staff treats the vehicles as if they were toys that they can throw away whenever they want, well no, if it says “Complete auto care” I imagine that includes the care they will give to the vehicle and not only for the variety of services. what are you offering. They have scratched one of the wheels, as if they dropped them, and the part where the screws go are all scratched, as if they do it with a speed that they don't care, at least I know how my vehicle is and by logic I was able to give account, things that I made them know. Where they lost some of the Tire Valve Caps, which I had to buy all 4 of. With this I simply want their workers to respect the time they give to each vehicle, not just because they want to get the job done, since that includes good quality also and not just its tires.

Came to this location after the Harker Heights location failed to complete anything on my truck. This location was great as I dropped off my truck for alignment and picked up a couple hours later with no issues. This will be my new location to conduct business.

I brought my car for a state inspection. When I picked up my car, the windshield was cracked. I went back to tell the manager. And he said he couldn't do anything because he didnt do my inspection. I told him, when I brought my car, the windshield wasn't cracked and now Im picking it up with a crack on it, and he said there was nothing that he could do, and he walked away. Very disappointed!!

Brought my vehicle in before 0900 to get new tires. I was told it would be done before lunch. After receiving no call from Firestone, I called at 1430 and was told it wasn't done and hasn't even been started yet.

Didn’t even get the oil change. I made an appointment online. Never received a call saying they couldn’t do it. I show up and get told they are all booked. Wrong way to conduct business. I needed to get an oil change because I had a long trip back to OK
