After reading the reviews, i was hesitant to call because all of the negative stuff i have seen about the mechanic randy. Low and behold, randy answers the phone, kind of. Just wanted to call to see if there was a wait currently for a state inspection, and well didn't even get to finish my question before he hung up the phone. Sorry that my $7 is not good enough for randy to be able to talk on the phone for a second, and after this very, very poor interaction, on a customer service level, I will never recommend this location to anyone.

Charged me $1600 for a replacement AC compressor kit when my A/C gave out which is normal, and I purchased the warranty. since installation my car makes a bad rattle when the compressor kicks on and this shop refuses to honor the warranty claiming it's not the compressor- took it to another shop to confirm and surprise surprise it's the compressor. these guys have zero honor and treat military members as money bags. avoid these guys at all cost. Charge an arm and a leg and will botch the job to get you to pay more.

This place needs serious improvement. I arrived here for an oil change at 12:38pm and had to wait until 3:36pm (Approximately 4hrs). That is ridiculous for not just myself but many other customers I see having to wait much longer than myself that just to have low maintenance or any repairs on their vechicles. I was told my vechicle would be done 1hr-1hr and 30mins, however this was not the case.Recommend the staff to identify a better system to help their customers fix their vechicles faster and avoid wasting our time over this miscommunication or delay. Firestone is one of the best places I arrive to for maintenance on my car. However, seems to be degrading after having to be lied with other customers and wait over 3hrs long. Again high recommend this place to fix their professional speeding system than have us wait forever unprofessionally.

DO NOT GO HERE , I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. If you are not a car person don’t go here they will take advantage of you, I went here for 2 years straight because I thought they would be the best. They Charged me $1,300 just to get a front end alignment & they wanted to charge me another $1,500 to fix my shocks. I call around to or Mechanic shops In Killeen & They said they only charge $100-$160 for front end alignments. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. THEY also used to charge me like $1,400 to get new brake pads when I was in the military. These people will SCAM YOU

Very good! I use these guys because of how close it is, very nice never had an issue and sometimes even suprise you how fast and well they can get things done. I got my oil changed today and was just so tired but with everything going on they helped me get my vehicle back and I feel like a thank you wasnt enough so I hope this helps! I'll be back again thats for sure?

Aug. 18, 2023 when we went to this store to get our car AC fixed and after doing their magic, we were told to come back after a week to get the AC checked.Aug. 25, 2023 this is the week after our AC got fixed and told us to come back. When we got here at the store we were told to come back tommorow instead to get it checked..Aug. 26, 2023 this is "THE TOMMOROW" they told us to come back instead. But when we got here we were told again to come back on MONDAY the 28th for the second time!*How inconsiderate this people are for telling us to comeback and yet they never accomodated us.. We never got the chance to comeback on the 28th because of work..We were never asked when was our availability or when is it convenient for us they just assumed and kept telling us to come back over and over again.. How inconsiderate this people are!They didn't even bother to call/checked on us on why we didn't showed up on their so called "APPOINTMENT" or the day they wanted us to come back for the 3rd time!* These people are lacking when it comes to communication and Costumer service...

Was worried about some inconsistencies I noticed after doing my brake job, took it in for an inspection. Yea it took a couple days, but they didn't find any issues so they let me come pick it up free of charge! These guys are awesome

Dear Firestone Fort Cavazos TX, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the service provided by your auto repair shop. It has come to my attention that your mechanics, particularly Randy, have been unprofessional, dishonest, and lazy in their approach to their work. I recently visited your shop on 8/13 because my 2015 Chevy Traverse was overheating and my check engine was on. I am a loyal customer and will always seek Firestone first if something is going on with my car. I specifically entrusted your establishment with this task, expecting high professionalism and expertise. Unfortunately, my experience with your mechanic, Randy was far from satisfactory. During my interaction with Randy, it became evident that he lacked the necessary diligence and attention to detail required for the job. He stated that it could “maybe be this or maybe that” but nothing specific and when I requested that he be sure before I spent 3,400 dollars on a new converter he seemed put off but said he would do it. When Randy called back two days later he said that it wasn’t the converter and I needed to take it to the dealership because it wasn’t the fuel system and there was nothing that he could do. When I came to pick my vehicle up, I spoke with the gentleman working and I asked if any notes were left or what he found. He said that there were no notes but he remembered my car. He and another employee (who happened to be the tech that could help with the actual problem) requested to look at the car and were both denied by Randy. When I asked why would that be he stated that he didn’t know but since Randy was the boss they didn’t push the issue. So instead of letting another mechanic who could properly diagnose my traverse, He opted to send my services back to the dealership. His actions demonstrated a lack of respect for both the customer and the job itself. In the last year, we have spent close to 6,000 dollars at this particular Firestone because we trusted them. Not only did Randy fail to attempt to find out the actual problem he quit trying. but he also exhibited a disturbing level of laziness. His attitude toward the work was underwhelming, characterized by a lack of dedication and commitment. He seemed more interested in cutting corners than delivering the quality service that your shop prides itself on. Aside from his evident laziness, it is also worth mentioning that Randy displayed an unfortunate level of arrogance in his interactions. He seemed to believe that he knew it all, disregarding the concerns and suggestions of the other mechanics. This behavior not only compromised the quality of the possible repair but also resulted in a lack of trust between your establishment and its customers. I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. As a loyal customer, I expect nothing less than top-notch service from your reputable auto repair shop. I implore you to reevaluate the qualifications and attitudes of your mechanics, ensuring that they uphold the industry's highest standards. I hope to receive a satisfactory resolution to this matter. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities and potentially seek legal action to ensure my rights as a customer are protected.
