“Dr. Ledger has been great with my Maya, a Pit/Coarso. She can be a handful and other Drs have seemed to rush thru the process never really giving her a thorough examination. Dr. Ledger comes in and gets down on his knee and pets her and gives her time to settle and then he checks everything. Not only what I’m in there for. I think he’s great. In fact the ladies up front are also great. Thank you Town n Country”

Difficult decisions had to be made and everyone there showed a level of concern rarely seen today. From the rapid response to a question on their webpage to helping me with the grief of losing a pet by little things like a staff member waiting with Neffi in the exam room while I checked out to carrying our pet carrier to the car for me while I carried her remains. “I called in an emergency for my dog on Friday, and they were very helpful on the phone. When I arrived at the office, customer service was great. Also, they checked on my dog at the car to see how he was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Black and Dr. Kwon, they treated both of my Australian Shepherds in the clinic.”

“Some times it's very hard to get through to the office on telephone.The staff is fabulous. The miliktary Vetnarians are great, they do rotate quite a bit due to deployments and PCSing.The Vetnarian Technicians are both military and civilian, are loving to their animal patients (dogs, cats, horses).My dog loves them all, and the clerks sign us in as soon as we pull up outside, we are regulars.The annual check-up, vaccines (3 year) rabies, distemper, parvo, and nasal bordatella and occasional cytopoint (allergy injection) is very affordable for my dogs size.I love Bringing my dog to Fort Cavazos (Hood) Veterinary Clinic.”
