This is one of the worst experiences I have had in a while. I literally regret walking into this place. This old man was so hostile to me and my husband. I asked him a question and all I thought I was going to get was a response. He started making utterances about us doing something illegal. This was just a question we asked and when he responded however he did, we moved on. He went back to it acting like we are intentionally trying to be illegal. This is an assumption this man made up in his head, probably because we’re black. When he kept talking about it and making a big deal, my husband and I decided to leave. I said “well, I guess we’ll go figure this out and then come back”. This man proceeded to say I was threatening him. At this point, we both just laughed knowing this man is projecting. I didn’t know how horribly this made me feel till I walked out of there. The simple fact that we were just trying to get a service done professionally but I have to be accused of threatening him literally made me burst into tears. I hope this man has the life he deserves. I was raised to be respective to people older than me, and regardless of how badly we were treated, we were still respectful.

We have been clients with H&R Block for several years. Each year the Tax Professional has been knowledgeable of current tax changes, professional, honest, and patient (especially when I have forgotten a particular document or two or three). I don't particular like paying taxes, but I do look forward to having them prepared by these folks because of their thoroughness and preparedness makes it easier to deal with.
