I just came in to pick up two packages and right off the bat was met with the NASTIEST attitude from the older female employee. As soon as I walked in, she immediately started just snapping at me. I have had several packages shipped to this UPS location and have never paid a holding fee and with this employee she charged me $10 for my two packages. She told me in a very rude way it was holding fee which when I mentioned what holding did they do because the packages just got delivered, she snapped back with “we still held them.” UPS, please work with your employee on having actual customer service because one of yours genuinely sucks and I have no idea how she has a customer service job. I’ve come here several times before and usually work with an older gentleman and he’s genuinely so kind and nothing like her so Idk what happened with this one particular women.

This is based solely on the older woman that is working there now. The older gentleman is great and all other staff members there have always been amazing until this lady. She does everything she can to be as rude and as unpleasant as possible. She snatched my phone out of my hand to shrink a barcode for return that i guess i made to big twice (on two separate occasions). She talks rudely, won't look at me without disdain, and she is completely bothered by what seems is to deal with any customer.

The man and lady that run this UPS store are extremely rude and have zero customer service skills. I watched them try to embarrass a young Airmen in front of other customers in the store. Then they turned their attention towards me and tried to do the same. Being rude to customers for no reason other than you enjoy the feeling is gross.
Do Fort Sam a favor and leave. We don’t want people like you on our base.

Terrible service, immediately became rude as if it was inconvenient for calling thrm in the first place. They couldn't even take 30 seconds to check if my order was picked up.

The older gentleman that works here is so nice and helpful! I had some trouble with a missing box and a claim and he fixed me right up! He provides awesome customer service!!!

They are fast, reliable, and most of all convenient. I've been utilizing UPS for a long time to include business usage as well. When it comes to talking to about delivery service, I would always recommend UPS.

The old man that works there named Alex is extremely rude and condescending with disgusting customer service. He’s horrible. As a franchise he should treat the very same people that support his business a lot better.

The UPS Store team is super helpful and friendly! Always going above and beyond to not only help me, but other customers while I am waiting in line. The store can get busy around lunch, but nothing too crazy. I think that’s just par for the course with being next to jimmy johns and dominos.

$1.50 PER PAGE for a FAX?! Why in the hell is that a thing? Especially when you're initially told "1.50 for the first ten pages." And then surprise $10 dollar bill for 6 pages to be faxed to TRICARE. Waited until after the process was done to correct their "miscommunication" and then stare at me like I did something wrong.

I was surprised to find this UPS Store on Ft Sam, just up the road from the PX shopping area! I was able to send a box quickly while running errands.
