Not enough customer service to satisfy questions about our needs at that present time of visit. Were interested in two round endtables and matching coffee table. Were told they weren't available but nothing beyond probability of selling us the displays or ordering them or not? Would have purchased them.

I bought a washer and dryer. I am very happy with the quality of equipment and delivery of product. Interest rates are high if you choose to pay out. The cash price was comparable to other big name stores. They offer 120 days same as cash which is the best deal.

Customer service at its worst! Signed up for 90 day same as cash and yet staff takes it upon themselves to extend my contract an additional 90. As a result my account is subjected to interest. Unwilling to refund my overpayment, instead a credit is applied for a future purchase. After this experience what makes them think I want to purchase anything from them again?

Trying to order a bed, paid for it, was skipped on delivery and attempted to contact the store for 4 days straight calling constantly and still haven't been able to get someone on the phone 30 calls later.

Really rude customer service, trust me I've worked. Customer service from when I started working at 16 to 24 years of age last few years I've done electrical work and still requires some type of customer service to your client. I called to inquire about getting a computer or a laptop a MacBook and the young lady I spoke with said her name was Taj said I wouldn't qualify for one and I was told that because I've never had account with them before I can't get anything of high do
