Can’t thank Chris enough for all his help today. I went in today and bought some lottery tickets and again to buy some snacks. Each time I went in I was greeted the minute I walked in the store. My dear husband accidentally threw my bag away with my tickets and all my snacks and Chris didnt hesitate to go get it for me when I called. It’s nice to go in and have very friendly staff! Sets your store apart from others.

Thay gave me old chicken bites without a time and I saw one of them go out at 6 am and still there at 12pm. The cashiers name was Tammy. I do not know the cooks name. The restrooms had no toilet paper and they were also out of Dr pepper. We will not be returning due to getting food poisoning.

I’m a female paraplegic driving a van w a broken lift. I parked at a pump and called the store - was happy when the employee answered quickly. When I explained my situation he said he wld be right out after he took care of the customers in line. When Rex came out he was extremely personable and kind. He was quick, explained things (having to go inside to get the receipt, things about this area, etc,) and just generally a positive person who made my day. It isn’t easy to drive from Florida to California alone when you cannot get out of your vehicle - running into Rex was a super positive experience for me. You can tell he likes his job, is damn good at it and cares about his customers. Giving a big thanks to Rex and to Allsup’s for making me smile and feel confident about the rest of my journey. Will definitely stop here again! Thank you.

Pull in to get fuel in my truck. (Semi). Wait patiently for over 10 minutes, (My fuel app, Mudflap, timed out), the line of customers in front of me was long. I don't have a problem with that, but when it's my turn, I tell the cashier what pump I am on and show him my fuel code. He tells me to go stand on the side while he waits on the customers BEHIND me!The customers behind me were buying miniscule items, less than $20 combined. I'm purchasing $600.00 of fuel and treated like a second class citizen. When I asked the cashier why he did that, he shrugged his shoulders and say, I don't know what you are talking about. Really?BTW, the fuel pumps are BACKWARDS and OVERSIZE need to back out with limited room.

Fuel prices in line with everywhere else in Ft Stockton. Easy on/off the highway. But what a mess out at the automobile fuel pumps. Pools of diesel fuel on the concrete next to at least half the pumps. I had to move 3 times before I got to a pump where I wouldn't be standing in diesel. Store was clean enough, men's bathroom clean enough but strong aroma of diesel fuel (people likely tracking it in). Have to go inside to get fuel receipts which is frustrating and takes too long. Cashier was taking their sweet time counting out pennies and nickles that old drunky was using to pay for a couple of single beers. It was unnecessary sllooowww

Wednesday, January 10th, 2024 6:05 am. ET.This place is a mess.Floors not swept and obviously not mopped in some time. The counter around the self help drink stations was dirty with stains which you could tell had been there for a while as well.Mens bathroom was filthy, and again, you could tell it hadn't just happened overnight.The "Employees" that were there blended in with everyone else. Unshaven, no uniform. No name tag. Just plain street clothes.One was doing food prep getting ready for the breakfast rush while the other was walking around mindlessly with his hands in his pockets.The two free-standing coffee dispensers both had lukewarm coffee in them. I ended up using the grinder machine.( It did work, and the coffee was hot.)The waste cans outside of the exit doors were overflowing, and the fuel islands had trash all around the waste cans that were overflowing.There wasn't any windshield cleaning soap in any of the fuel island containers, and there weren't any squeegees in any of the containers either.It appears that they are more concerned about pushing food sells numbers more than anything else.This place is fairly new, seeing as how the building hasn't even shown up on Google maps yet. It does have plenty of room and potential for improvements with proper management support and employee training.
