“I want the management of this store to know that this review is in regard to the efforts and dedication of their employee "JOE".I am in Sanderson, TX and have a job that has to be completed that required quite a few parts and what I could not get from the main supplier, I called NAPA in Ft Stockton to see if they could supply the rest. When I called, I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with JOE.JOE and I went over my list of what I needed (item by item) and he took the time and effort to check each item to see what was in stock (price, quantity) and what wasn't and would need to be ordered. What did need to be ordered, he informed me at that time of where it would come from and when it would arrive and the price.We went over the schedule of when it would need to be picked up, by whom and what would be involved. JOE worked with me all the way and went to the extent of contacting me and informing me of the status of the order.Today, the order was picked up and everything went well.
