I'm from Fort Davis, our Lowe's is subpar at best. When I came to this Lowe's in Fort Stockton, whoa! I never thought I'd fall in love with a grocery store. Well done y'all! Very well done. I'm grabbing my ice chest and coming back on payday. Very impressed, even compared to my home town of San Antonio. I've never seen such a well kept grocery store. Keep up the good work and I'll definitely be spending some more of my hard earned money with y'all soon.

I’ve stopped at this store several times while traveling for work, and this last visit was unacceptable. The cashier at Register 1, Checker #493, was cold and dismissive — no greeting, no smile, just an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Moments later, she became friendly and talkative with other customers who looked different from me. The contrast was obvious and uncomfortable.
Just because I’m Puerto Rican doesn’t mean I deserve to be treated that way. That kind of behavior comes across as racist, and it has no place in customer service. Management should look into how customers are being treated at the register. Everyone deserves respect, no matter who they are.

Really cool spot to grab extremely affordable groceries.

I always enjoyed shopping at the Lowes markets. This Lowes was one of the nicest I've been in, very clean and well stocked.
