The T & C is a fair value at around $55 + tax on a Wednesday in April 2025.
Everything is rough around the edges, but it's fine where it matters: clean and no bugs. The Wifi worked ok.
If you care about particulars: some of the towels were stained, the bath mat had holes in it, and the retiled shower area wasn't sloped properly, so it drained poorly. The bathroom didn't have a fan and the window wouldn't open, so you're stuck with your smells. The parking lot is gravel, not paved. The fine, loose gravel meant that backing my motorcycle into a spot was a chore.

The room at this very simple, no frills motel was very clean. No bugs, no stains, everything worked just fine.
The sheets were very soft, new mattress, no carpet! So you could tell the floor was clean.
Microwave and fridge, good sized TV.
I stayed in room 102.
Toilet bowl looked new, bath was spotless.
The owners were friendly, kind hearted good people and recommended a place to eat.
Total gem for the price! You never know with these mom and pop type places but this mom and pop are doing a fine job.

Good cheap room, no bells and whistles but nice and good owners and a cheap rate
Rooms: Got a basic double queen room was clean and tidy actually can't believe how cheap the room is for how nice the room is. Fridge, AC, microwave and a small TV.

Best motel ever I broke down 6 hours away from my home the man and his wife that own the place are so nice they gave me a ride then they allowed me to leave my car there 5 days until I brought a trailer to bring it back home on they are literally the nicest people I've ever

A true $40 room. No top sheet - only the bedspread & fitted sheet. No bath mat. A dingy washrag. The fridge & microwave were unplugged. No toilet paper holder.

Room 106 Broken bed , TV doesn't work , only two light bulb work in the bathroom, sheets were stained and nasty under the bed broken and nasty this was a horrible experience I will never stop here

It's a 5 Star review because of the value. This room supplies exactly what a room should supply at a great price. Don't expect fancy. Don't expect soft towels, coffee makers, or even a kitchen area. The beds are firm, sheets are clean. If you are going to Big Bend make this your stop.
