Verizon needs to step up right now. The Fort Stockton store made big promises $10 lines, free phones, full device payoff, and smooth porting for all 34 of my business lines. I drove from Houston because they guaranteed everything. Now it’s been more than a week and my business is suffering. Half my lines don’t work, I got zero phones, the internet box is useless, and customer service keeps passing me around. I also lost my grandfathered T-Mobile plan because of this. I have every screenshot, name, and proof, and I’m actively escalating this. Verizon I expect immediate action. This situation is unacceptable and I’m not stopping until it’s fixed.

The service was great. I had an issue with my tablet. I traveled through here and was lucky to find the Verizon store. Small town.
What I appreciated about the help was that she showed me HOW she fixed my issue, and not just fix it and say ok.
