Honestly, the place is gross, and the hours aren't the best, but there are weights there, lol. It has potential....

Location is not open 24 hours. Aerobics class people do not pay membership fees but get to use all the weights paying members use. Restrooms and club are very dirty. Needs better management.

I have never been more angry, dissatisfied and confused about a particular establishment in my entire life. I am not a member of this gym, but I was a guest of a member. Went to this gym in my jeans and nice shirt. Changed into my workout gear and decided to leave my nice clothes in the locker. We left and on my way home I realized I had forgotten my clothes in the locker, I live over an hour away so I thought “no big deal, I’ll have the person I went with get them tomorrow when they go workout, I mean im sure they have a lost and found”. Come to find out they THREW MY CLOTHES AWAY the same night?? I called up there to get some clarification and yes they threw them away. Guy I spoke with Went on and on about how their policy says so and it’s a sanitary issue. Mind you my clothes were in a plastic bag. But nope they straight up Threw my clothes in the garbage. THEY WERE IN A PLASTIC BAG IT WOULDVE BEEN JUST AS “ sanitary” TO PUT THEM IN A LOST AND FOUND OF SORTS! I hope the owner sees this and changes the policy. I am certain I am not the only one to give the staff an earful about this. I actually looked up their policy and it basically says if you leave something in the lockers after hours they consider your property abandoned and they have the right to do with it whatever they please, doesn’t matter what it is. You don’t just throw peoples stuff away, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A MEMBER! Like I said I was just a guest, but I genuinely feel for the people who are members of this gym and had this happen. I am a member of anytime fitness which is a whole lot cleaner and “sanitary” compared to 24 hour. I’ve never had a problem at anytime and have actually left a pair of jeans there for 2 days or more and guess where they were when I came in for my next workout? IN THE LOST AND FOUND. Also this particular gym is not open 24 hours like the name suggests. The management needs to get their crap together because that policy is quite literally the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

I signed up for the 3 day free pass. The manager at this location, Aaron, was super difficult and wouldn't let me work out. Due to me being an out of state residents. He then said it was at the managements discretion, and he still didn't let me work out. Seems to me there more worried about signing you up then letting you try it first. There is nowhere in the fine writing that says this once you sign up for the 3 day pass. I can see why now the gym is empty and he is the only person working. Great job, 24-hour fitness. I was trying to see how the gym was cause I got to EOS in Las Vegas. So I might have switched to 25-hour fitness, but now I want nothing to do with them. 2 thumbs down. ??

One of the worst 24 hours I've ever been to, writing this as we sit in the parking lot at 6am because no one is here to open it. The machines are always broken, we constantly go without hot water in the showers, the place is filthy, I literally saw a roach crawling across the floor last week. It's bad, stay away!

Very disappointing that about 2-3x a month they do not open on time. I write this as I am sitting in the parking lot an hour after their opening time with about 20 other people waiting for an employee to show up to unlock

The first shift needs to do a better job. I've came and left a couple of times in the morning because nobody was there to open up the Gym.

No hot water for a month now and trash cans are overflowing a majority of the time. Prime example of why 24 Hour Fitness went bankrupt and still struggling.

Besides being absolutely filthy as everyone here has already stated .For the past two weeks they have had no hot water with no fix in sight! This gym just keeps deteriorating and there is no visible effort to improve it. All you get is the same copy and paste response to complaints online and in person. It would be funny if i hadn't already prepaid for my membership a decision i completely regret now. A complete waste of good hard earned money.

I have been a member since 2011 except during Covid. The last couple of years this club has gone downhill. Others have mentioned the lack of cleaning and I agree. Equally frustrating is the equipment and facilities availability. The equipment breaks from time to time and that is to be expected. It is one thing to have some of the treadmills down because there are plenty of them. But when the whirlpool is down for months at a time or there is no hot water in the Men's locker room for going on two weeks that is unacceptable. If staff Maintenance is unable to make repairs there are plenty of qualified Plumbers and Electricians in the area.

The location is the most reasonable in our area for us. We loved the idea of a sauna, steam room, pool, basketball court and classes. Overall the gym is spacious with lots of equipment. The bathroom/locker rooms could be a little cleaner.

Unfortunately, facilities are not clean and lack maintenance.

Staff was friendly. Place could have been a little cleaner but overall par for a gym. I LOVE the swim clock for the pool.
