I had my stuff there for 6 years. The managing team at this time are awesome they are helpful, polite & so sweet. if for any reason they're not in the office the main office in has amazing people there also. If I was there ever need storage again but not use anyone else or just right there.

New managers are very business like, respectful and courteous. I was impressed with thier business knowledge. There just wasn't a question that was asked by myself, that they didn't have a quick answer to. The downside to my experience was you just about have to sign your life away to get a storage space.

I have been with this location for 2 1/12 yrs now and the newest manager is by far the nicest and most helpful! Gillian is awesome at her job, very understanding and thorough! I can't imagine why anyone would say horrible customer service as I deal with her monthly and she has been nothing but friendly and helpful! The pricing for my unit is reasonable and close to my home which is very convenient! Thank you to 377 Storage and Gillian for being there for my needs! Looking forward to continuing business!!

Awesome customer service. We were driving by, stopped in and they were extremely accommodating. Rented a enclosed trailer that was very clean and in excellent shape. When we return the trailer, they meet me as I pulled in, completed the check in process and sent me on the way. Excellent job!

377 Self Storage located south of Benbrook at Whiskey Flats . U-Haul rental location,storage prices are low, and the couple that manages and lives onsite are always willing to help.
