The store is always organized and clean. I wish the store had more variety, that I personally want at the time. But that’s not a fair complaint unless they are mind readers. The staff is always very helpful in trying to find what I am looking for at other area stores.

If i could give half a star i would. Terrible customer service. I had to ask someone to get any kind of help for my father with boots. The employee stood behind while I went ahead and helped. Piss poor attitude and we were told to go to target for insoles for the boots. Drove 2 hours for this location. Will go elsewhere next time.

Had terrible customer service. No one greeted us. Walked around no one asked if we need help. Got to the register and employee took his time
Finishing whatever task he was on and then came and helped us. Didn’t say hello just asked for an email. I had asked about a product and he said “we just put up whatever they send us” and that was it. We paid and left. Nothing else from his end. I didn’t get his name. I attached is our receipt. This isn’t the only bad experience at this store

I bought two pairs of tactical footwear on line from 5.11. Neither pair fit. Both were size 13, but both were closer to size 12. I returned both pairs to the 5.11 store on I-35w Fort Worth. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. I was given excellent customer service and walked out wearing a new pair of mid height AT series tactical shoes. I also purchased a new pair of tan tactical pants, which are so comfortable. I highly recommend 5.11 if you are in law enforcement, Security like me, or you need some rugged outdoor wear.
