Awesome staff and great selection! I stopped in briefly to see if the bag I needed was in stock despite the website showing no inventory, and to my suprise, it was fully stock with all the color options. Mary was more than helpful, super friendly, and very professional. She took her time helping me find the items I needed and provided personal feedback on several items. I mentioned that I have not had a chance to come into the store because I usually have at least 2 of my 4 kids, and I know they would want to run around. This can be a challenge when I need to shop specifically for me. She encouraged me not to worry about that and to bring them in and let them roam around. I really appreciated the customer service I received this evening. I will most certainly be coming back in the near future.

All of the staff were very helpful and courteous! Finding what I needed was easy, but 2 of the staff assisted my wife in finding what she needed for her new job. Definitely some of the best customer service we've ever experienced!

Stryker 5.11 tactical pants are not fitting the same. The Size is running small, do not like the left handed zipper, the groin area is splitting, even without signs of wear, the rise is lower.

I went into the store yesterday because a buckle on my backpack had broken and I badly needed a replacement. They did not offer the replacement part for sale in store, but a gentleman from 5.11 went to his own vehicle and brought me the exact replacement i needed at no charge.I operate a successful retail store myself and I am telling you firsthand, THIS IS HOW YOU EARN AND KEEP CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE.Thank you for being so awesome. I won’t forget it.

I've used their stuff to do some contracting work, blue collar type jobs, and even outdoorsman activities. Everything is durable and comfortable and performs past my expectations. They're my go to. I love shopping through their clearance racks, usually there are some good finds. When I'm there I'll usually find a neat piece of gear to go along with my small haul. I've had one issue with any of their products ever, which was a button down shirt who's latching clasp mechanism broke off the stitching. The manager replaced it for me with no hassle, all the while not having maintained the receipt. The store is always clean, neat, and most importantly the staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Couldn't appreciate you guys anymore, thanks.
