I have come to this gas station many times to buy lottery tickets, and every single time they refuse to sell the ones I choose. This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. As a customer, I expect basic respect and fair service — not to be denied for no reason. I will not be coming back here again!

Never any good grill items half the time nothing in the hot food cabinet and never chili or cheese for nachos. Can't ever walk around in the front area always have tables with stuff on them. Don't walk around slurpee or soda area unless you want to lose your shoes. Clerks are mostly rude except a few. Don't have anything good to say about this place at all used to br nice just gone downhill fast

The toilet seat was disgusting and the employees don’t seem to care to clean the restroom, I needed to use the restroom and had to clean the toilet before I could use it and there is no complimentary toilet seat covers or anything.

I have lived right down the street from this store for over 3 years and it has gone down hill. The staff are for the most part very friendly. Unless you happen to come across the woman who works overnight and is always beyond high and falling asleep at the register. I have also come in at night and her be in the bathroom for over 10 minutes while no one is watching the store. Shelby and Clara are the only reason I continue to go to that store.

I live 5 seconds away from this 711 and I will go farther to not have to go this 711. Their ready made food is always like 3 days old and the fruit containers are puffy. The cold case/soda case isn't stocked correctly, but when you ask for something from the back cooler that should already be stocked the employees there act like you're irritating them. There's never any hot food ready. The employees, especially the lady with the red lipstick and the older lady, are rude and not helpful. They don't have prices on some of the candy and it doesn't ring up at the register, so the employees just type in whatever price they want to charge you. It's a mess

Place is always in terrible shape. Lazy employees never service the lot, trash, windshield cleaned, etc. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting and no one cares.

Dangerous. There are bees in every single trash can. If you’re allergic, do not come to this gas station. The bees have been here all summer and nothing has been done about it.

Twice in the last 30 days the receipts for the gas pumps and the pump receipt printer were not working. I wouldn't mind so much but I have to have a receipt as I fill up with a company card and if I don't turn in a receipt I get in trouble. This location is going to get me fired. This location has never had receipt printers directly at the pumps, working, not once in the last 2 years that I've been going there. They obviously don't care. This is my "straw that broke the camel's back" situation. That and the fact the freezer is never working and the ice cream is always melted. Do better 7/11.

My son went in to buy beer and forgot his identification and she wouldn't sell me the beer either, he's well over 21 years of age, she told me I had to go to another store. The lady never carded anyone else, but she did sell to a man that was visibly drunk and stumbling that got into a black truck that was outside talking to her co-worker in a Dallas cowboy sweatshirt. CHECK the cameras around 945pm.
