LIARS AND Thieves. They charged me full price for a coffee refill and then tried to charge me for a water refill. The machine does NOT charge them for the water, only the mix and carbonated water.

I went in to buy a couple of items I needed and had no problems. The sales assistant was courteous and kind. The venue was OK as was the atmosphere. Nothing to complain about!

I would not even rate them a one the Store Manager/owner is racist any very non professional.. I have no problem with reporting to the BBB about his actions. I have his actions recorded how he treats Black customers

I came in the 5th of august 2023Store was dirty,floors,counter and it had a stench.I went for a Red Bull and I had a 5$ bill the lady at the front wouldn’t accept my money she gave no reason my first time seeing this lady I gave her no issues and was going to pay with my debit card but she snatched my drink and put it behind counter at that point I just left didn’t give her any problems she was probably having a bad day but doesn’t give the right to spread negativity will NOT be coming back

Stay away from here the Indian lady specifically asked if I was using card and when I said yes, she manually typed in the price for a charger and when I went to pay no price popped up on the screen and then all the sudden I was charged over $10 more than the price tag. And then when I brought it back in and got a refund, she scanned it and it scanned for the original price and try to give me back incorrect change compared to what hit my bank account.

Horrible...no restroom, garbage all over the parking lot including a dumped over bucket of garbage. Can't believe they can keep the franchise. 7-11 has really sunk to the bottom...WOW....

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Was jokingly telling the cashier they need a new card machine and she immediately said if you don’t like it go to QT. Need better cashiers.
