The guy that’s always on the roller chair Robert is horrible but today I went to the store and The red haired kid that was working there now or that was working that night. Last night is awesome Way better have him there all the time cause that Robert guys out of line.

The cashier Robert is always in a miserable mood and has denied people service based off their race and I'm white. Robert is the worst gas station employe I've ever encountered in my 34 years.

I personally go into the store on a daily basis! Robert is the sweetest worker! He is respectful and I have always had good vibes when going into the store!

Cashier whose name tag says Ginger is incredibly slow and unresponsive. Stood there texting AFTER I had set my goods down on the counter. Couldn’t be bothered to ring up my stuff so I could go. Worst cashier ever.

The cashier named Robert that works here is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of coming across in any gas station. He always fights with anyone anytime I see him there and I was just denied clearly marked sales and threatened to be denied future service. Seems like 7-11 does not care about their customers seeing all of the other complaints about this terrible employee who clearly has no business dealing with people.

The older cashier who works at night just asked my husband “what you don’t speak English?” When he asked him about a deal on candy. When my husband confronted him for calling my husband stupid, the cashier said he was going to refuse him service if he ever came back. This man is always so rude to everyone. He also made a comment about my lip piercing being “gross” a couple of months ago.

This store has pretty good people there, except for one guy whose name is Robert, almost every time I’m there he is rude or arguing with someone. I have been reading the reviews and there all the same. I’m going to sue this company for letting customers get harassed knowingly. They will not fire the guy no matter what he does.

Do NOT go to this establishment. Middle eastern owned…they are rude and inhospitable. I am handicapped and they refused service.. Ok. Prepare.

The cashier Robert is probably the most unprofessional person I've ever met in retail! The masked man sits behind the desk, is super slow to move at a snails pace, doesn't even reply to. You looks at you with dead eyes and grunts, and then waves his hand like he's parting the red sea. As to know I don't have that and then sometimes he refuses service, and he never hands out a . Absolutely lousy, unprofessional behavior.

I just stood at the counter for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to ring up my items before I ended up leaving. My guess is that the 1 employee there was in the bathroom, no sign or notice was left. This place is right next to my house and I'm just going to avoid it from now on. Horribly managed
