I remember when the place was clean and well attended to. Now it’s just dirty outside and really you never know what you will step on when you exit your vehicle. A little water once a week or twice would make the place look a little better. See picture attached

Came here one night to get gas, use my card at the pump and only got $20 worth. 4 days later they charge my card for $126 two different times. Don't know what's going on over there, but somehow they got my card number and frauded me

Middle eastern woman working on Friday 3/14/25 by herself; She tried reporting me to the police after I addressed a health code violation that will be filed at this corporate location 🙂 now, Time 10:15 AM she was coughing over food with her hands that is for sale at the register and she does not know how to use the 7 eleven app lol. Glad to be a US citizen. Oh yes and she said I don’t have money to pay, she assumed I was broke, a willing to pay customer 🤣 @7-Eleven / Corporate America For You

This Store doesn’t answer the phone at all no way to get in contact with them they take the phone to ff the ringer I called approximately 16x back to back it says busy the last few times it says hasn’t set up voicemail

9-16-2023 (approx 7:20am) BAD SERVICE! Apparently neither of the 2 employees(1 male, 1 female) had any concern as they allowed me to stand in line for 5min waiting to make a purchase, while one worked on a cash back issue for a customer and the other was either stocking drinks or mopping the floor. But NEITHER suggested or attempted to open the 2nd register, ring up my purchases, and let me be on my way.Nope just totally unconcerned with me standing in line way too long while a 2nd employee does mopping in the corner.Couldn't wait any longer so I didn't make the purchase and won't go there again just to be ignored by two lazy employees that share one brain together.

This place is a joke. The guy at the counter was so distracted I had to tell him three - four times what I wanted and needed. Well three of their pumps don't work and both the older lady and the guy both watched me place money onto the pump. When I went in to ask about which ones worked and didn't the guy acted dumb and at this point I'm livid and laughing at him. They can't be serious?

Ok. But the Unleaded filter on pump 9 needs changing. And receipt printer out.The Unleaded pumped slooow. Not ridiculously, but waay slower than neighboring pump. Means filter loading up. Probably has a week or 2 left. It is first pump at entrance, so it probably gets higher usage.

Dirtiest bathroom I have seen in a chain gas station in a LONG time. No where to hang my purse, to was on the floor. Toilet seat was covered in pee. YUCK!!!

They are taking money from people with a vacuum machine that doesn’t work. The vacuum doesn’t have any suction, but yet they have no sign that says out of order on it. The machine still takes your payment with no issue, but doesn’t provide the vacuum service that you paid for. Reported this to 711 worker who wasn’t surprised and who could care less. They did NOT issue me an immediate refund despite knowing clearly that the machine is not working. We live in a shameless society at times.

Went here today and the customer service was extremely bad. The manager is so rude, the place is dirty. I will never return here. This place needs new management!!! ASAP!!, goes to show Seven 11 is desperate for employees they’ll hire anyone!

Update: If stealing was a...poor art form, these people would have it down! When a billing cycle ends and a new one begins...you ARE required to pay one for the hours they worked EVEN after quiting due to unworkable conditions. Saying "no, we paid you. You don't have another pay check" is STEALING!!!!! Nice try though. Theft is punishable by law so, this location is lucky they handed the last 4 days of a paycheck over before the proper authorities were contacted. So, if you'd like to work for rude, belittling, money stealing employers....COME WORK HERE!If I could give this place a 0 I would. The owners are EXTREMELY rude to their employees. They have NO social skills or any knowledge of how to conduct themselves. If mocking was an art form, they would have it down-pat. Thought that was middle/high school form but apparently they find it acceptable to treat people with such disrespect. If you want to come here for belittling treatment and leave with a horrible feeling....come to THIS 7-11.EDIT TO REVIEW: for the responding 7-11 "customer service representative"....THESE ARE THE DETAILS SMART ONE. The owners of this location are jerks to put it politely! Have a nice day :)
