Why is it that Google says that you’re open 24 hours a day 7 days a week but anytime I show up between 3 and at least 4:30 am the doors are locked?? Sitting out front watching the employee with air pods in chatting away on a phone call and I’m unable to purchase what I need. The whole point of the store is the “availability.” Does corporate know that this is the norm here?? Don’t worry, I’ll find out.

I consistently experience issues with management at this store, preventing me from using my rewards. Despite accumulating over 30,000 points as a member, I'm often unable to take advantage of advertised deals. For example, during a recent visit, a manager refused to honor a promotion for two grilled items, a large drink, and chips at a set price, claiming a hot dog wasn't included despite being a grilled item featured in their advertisement. Feeling misled, I left my items. This store also frequently has problems with fresh food and restocking. I hope they one day will get it right and change their behavioral demeanor and character with proper customer experience.

Bathroom was FILTHY!! Toilet covered in excrement! No toilet paper or paper towels. 3 empty toilet paper rolls. Sink was covered in brown smears. Had to get the key and it was stuck onto a nasty stained piece of pipe. Will never stop here again.

Came in around 10pm. Night staff very courteous, willing to make hot fresh food. Definitely better than the 7eleven off Sycamore School Rd & HWY 35.

the morning staff is good, but the overnight staff lock the doors around two in the morning and will not come up front

Extremely rude, from the manager to the employees. Can’t even ask for decent service, but instead can speak rudely to the customers.

Always on the phone , when asking for cigarettes you have to repeat u self 3 times. Customer service is a ZERO

The young guy that works in the morning about 7 am, had sausage egg cheese croissant in the heating unit and they were cold. He told my daughter to warm it up in the microwave.

Almost every time I come in, there’s hardly any hot food ready and when you ask about it the older lady just says no. With no explanation. Worst 7eleven I’ve ever been to.

The guy in the 4x4 outside in this 7 11 is security and he's rude always. Has for the 7 11 they are never open. It's open they don't want to work

I cannot pay for gas at the pump with a credit card ---these cards do not have pin numbers. I had to go to the station across the street.

Best Service ...The new night shift specs wearing guy is awesome , such a friendly and humble guy , really loved his attitude and customer handling capability , really nice guy , surely love to visit again just to meet that funny & hard working guy !!!!
