the hispanic girl with the facial piercings is extremely unprofessional and should be fired. I visited this location at 2AM and when I walked in I noticed she was having a stern conversation to a customer in front of her. She proceeded to lecture the customer for over 15 minutes with MULTIPLE PEOPLE in line waiting. She prioritized her preaching moment over actually doing her job….it was so baffling I walked out without purchasing anything.

The women working in the mornings named Tara is absolutely awful. She never keeps food on rotation, which is important for many workers coming in on their morning route to work. She's consistently on her phone, vaping in the store. It's clear she'd rather do anything but her job. The overall service with the new people in the mornings has just declined terribly.

Just went in for a couple of late night snacks. Grabbed some hot Cheetos and Hot bean dip. I get home and open the bean dip cover and the inside was already opened like someone scooped out the beans and put it back. I’ll change this to a 3 star if I can get a refund.

Restroom had actually piss everywhere. Could tell it hadn't been cleaned in at least a day cause the piss was crusted.

The cashiers are very unfriendly and rude. Only the 7-11 on Sycamore school road. Other 7-11's are better.
