The gentlemen, (with the long braided hair.) working the register is always super nice in the mornings. He maintains the store's policies in a firm manner without sacrificing customer service. He is able to quickly serve customers keeping all lines to a minimum. It's a breath of fresh air in the mornings.

So apparently my wife went into 7-Eleven the other morning to get iced coffee she was only able to fill one cup the second cup was only able to get about three swallows of coffee into the cup bring the cups to the counter and says one iced coffee one cup of ice because y'all are out of iced coffee the clerk says doesn't look like it's ice to me and she says yes it's ice y'all are out of coffee and leaves after paying for the one iced coffee and cup of ice I go there this morning and Alfredo the clerk tells me he's going to charge me for an iced coffee that my wife got the other day that she said was a cup of ice. I wasn't even with her when this event happens how is he going to try to charge me for something that happened when I wasn't even there but I had no part in and it was a cup of ice because she was mad when she got home because she didn't get her cup of coffee she only got one and she gave it to me so Alfredo's customer service is below par!!! Not to mention that they're always out of their iced coffee and never have enough they only have it like 3 days out of the week because they don't order enough but they will no longer be getting my business and I go there every day so 711 can thank alfredo for losing about 10 to $20 in income everyday! I mean how are you going to try to charge me for something that happened when I wasn't even there it doesn't make any sense and by the way if you are looking for iced coffee don't bother stopping at 7-Eleven because they are still out of iced coffee and this happened two days ago. Alfredo thank you for giving me a horrible experience at 7-Eleven ðŸ˜

Worst experience ever bought some items was over charged by a few bucks when j asked about I was told oh well so I complained he decided to give me my money back instead of fixing the problem when I asked for a number for manager was told no number wasvyold not to come back to that store my business wasn't needed this was at 6 am on Thursday morning always have had a good experience but will not return I can just start going to QT instead will let everyone else know not to go there

I used to love going to this 7-11 because everybody was so nice and had great customer service....but now it's like quik sake. U walk in, never greeted (even when u greet them) & the rudest part is they are ALWAYS on the phone. Don't even bother to verbally tell u a total because they are to busy on their phone. The evening crew is awesome though. The evening crew used to be the morning crew. Atzela, her brother and the young white chick are the only ones that take pride in theer jobs and make the customers (me) wanna come back. Do better 7-11. I hate starting my morning off like this.

I'm always happy with my experience at this location. They have a great selection of food and drink plus they have a great rewards system.

I don't usually rate stores based off of a single person but I got banned from this store for filing a customer complaint store manager wouldn't come out and explain it this store has disrespectful employees and you are better off spending money at a store than wants customers you've had weeks to take care of the issue corporate sent you the complaint and nothing

I went in to buy a quart of oil, in front of the oil there was a price tag of 8.99, they were going to charge me 16.99. Anywhere I have ever shopped you always get it for what the tag in front said! There were 3 qts in that spot. I will never shop at this one 711 again. I go in there everyday. The manager said he was too busy to even speak to me about it! Horrible management! I only give them one star because there isn't a negative!
