Was doing door dash and I had an alcohol order, I gave the man my ID and he said he couldn’t release it because it was an ID and not a driver license…. I have never heard of that, then he showed me some picture on his phone where it states that… not even a credible source lol I’m sure it was off of google AI or Reddit. So you mean to tell me when I go to bars and stuff, they’re committing a crime selling alcohol to me while I’m using an ID? Come on now. I’m almost 30, I didn’t appreciate that one bit, coming between my money and the store money. Ridiculous. I’m going to the BBB
Oh and may I add me and my brother dash TOGETHER to make the orders faster. As door dash allows someone to be in the car with you.
Also how unprofessional to tell the next customer what happened with the previous customer. I ended up meeting the dasher who got the order that was unassigned to my brother, we ended up at the customer house at the same time. She told me what he said and everything.
I’m taking legal action against him and 7/11 for defamation of character, you cannot state someone is committing a crime or fraud without credible proof. Me and my brother dashing together is not credible proof of “me using his account” your arrogance is now going to cost the company.

The girl working during mid day needs to be fired lol. Not helpful at all has a bad attitude. I don’t want her to be fired tbh but she can learn to be patient and help people. That would be nice.

This location does not provide a receipt for customers who order via a delivery service app, even when the app requires a picture of the receipt. But yet they require the delivery driver to ‘confirm’ they have picked up the order before they leave the store AND want visual proof it was confirmed which exposes the customer’s private information. They also give their walk in customers a receipt but can’t provide one for a pre-paid customer?

Cashier had the audacity to ask if my sister stuck something in her pockets just cause we didn't find what we were looking for. She had put her phone in her pocket not anything from the store.

Clerk demands to see private customer information from Delivery App pick ups. Demanding private information be shared is illegal. Do not shop at this store unless you want your private information stolen by the employees

If I could give less than a 1 star in would. The cashier told me he would not give service due to it being late and it wouldbe for his safety. Also informed me several times he had a gun I am not sure why. I was just trying to make a purchase of propane. Apparently this is a risk don't even try at 711.....

I came in at 10:40pm on 10/25. I had walked in and was on my phone po pulling up a coupon for tobacco products when the employee looked at me and says you called a cab? I said no as I was now walking to the register. He says I cant do coupons because my scanner is down and I said that's ok I need a can of snuff. He scans it as I just looked at him. He said the scanner wasn't working. He gives me the total and I go to enter my rewards number on the pin pad as he was entering another number on his side suspect using his number for rewards. Stealing. So I didnt say anything so as I was leaving to put gas in my car I forgot to get some oil. I walked back in and picked up a quart of oil marked at 7.99 he rings it up and it rings up 9.99. I said to him it shows 7.99. He says to me it must be another one and you gotta bring them up to ring them up so I go back and get one that is directly on the label marked 7.99. I take it back to him and this one rings up 8.99 I said that it was directly on the label and I asked him are you going to do anything so hff e says to me do you want the oil or what. I said or what? He says I dont have time for you so at that point I asked him for the store number and district manager name and number. He wanted to be rude and point at the address above the doors. I am 63 years old and I told him that I have been in customer service for over 40 years and if I ever treated a customer like this I would have known I would be fired. So I asked again for the district manager name and he says well if your gonna b ut st my chops and chunks a brown paper bag at me with the stors address on it. This guy had issues going on before I walked in. But I will not be the victim of his anger or prejudice towards customers. My feeling is he feels nothing will be done to him for his behavior

Customer Service has gone down. I noticed several new staff. Mostly Indians….all they do is give me a hard time and move slow. The old staff is what me come back again, it’s the customer service.

I've been in this store maybe 3 times in the last 6 months. Every time I come in here the bathroom is so disgusting and the store stinks. I just walk right back out.

Both the attendants have a bad attitude. Went in to cash in a few lotto tickets and they seemed to drag their feet about doing it, got annoyed at me when I didn't buy anything and didn't even want to say how much I won. I get that it's not for everyone, but if you don't want to deal with the system find a different job.
