I've always had great service inside here. The pumps are not so great, but I would think that's a Shell problem. The food is always good. Today, I bought a sub, and the bread was so soft it seemed to melt in my mouth. Other 7's the bread is hard and stale. They always have a few goodie sales. Today it was the larger bag of certain chips was 2.00 it was a nice save as chips can cost over 3.00 now. I walked in, and I was greeted while going to slurpree machines. They are all always ready to pour. Most places have only a few flavors ready to pour. Everything was neat and clean as usual. Supplies were stocked for cups, lids, straws the works. No spills, no trash, all flavors ready to cool me off on this hot day. When I came with my sub, I was told about the deals on the table of chips. Then she mentioned donuts were a 1.00, that would be a good treat for a person I was going to see later. So I bought a fresh donut. I was very satisfied with my lunch of more than just a sandwich, I was ready to check. The nice lady proceeded to tell me how to use my app for points. I wouldn't even need to get my card out. She has me open my app on the phone, and there was a bar showing that checked me out and added points! One hot sweltering day in Texas, I'll get a slurpee or drink for free! I had no idea! I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, but I think people find it worth complaining more about things than complimenting. I've lived here in this area for a long, long time. I've seen some 711s go downhill. They stink, they aren't kept up, supplies are missing, and some choose just 2 sizes to offer for slurpees. So you eighty get this micro cup or have to spend quite a bit more you might not want to spend. This one had all sizes. I've been in and out of here many times, different workers, and it's always clean and nice people. I smile. Maybe that's what starts it all.
Keep up the good work 711. You are an American icon. Don't forget. My mom and dad used to take me to a 711 after-school. I couldn't wait for that cold, sweet slurpee. I'm still at it. Thank you for your excellent service.

This place has candy, drinks, gas, etc. I don't like it as much as I like other places, but it's alright if you go there. Just don't go there alone without anything or whatever.

I walked into this location 9/16/24 7:50 AM and was the ONLY one in the store might I add, the lady at the cash register took several minutes to greet me. The customer service here sucks.

Advertise how they load cash up but after the owner leaves at 6:00 p.m. they no longer do it cuz they don't teach any of their employees how to do it hate this store they're rude too

Workers just stand near door staring at you. This location ONLY offers premium gas, no other gas types. They DO NOT accept online transactions or payments. Not sure why they are open if they dont offer the basics of a business. DO NOT COME HERE

This shell combined with 7-11 gas station pumps are horrible. This is the last time I stop the pump move soooo slow. This is not the first time it take 5 minutes to pump 2 gallons

My neighbors got a delivery from UberEats. Their driver SHEENA and her boyfriend stole my package from my front door. UberEats is making me go through hoops to file a report, but a police report has been filed. To the porch pirates, you're idiots! You can't fit and definitely don't need anything in that package...
