I had a night manager tell me that he was not going to honor my purchase and he stated that he doesn’t care. His attitude was so unprofessional and he became very aggressive towards me. I did nothing but go into the store and pick up some things for work and he took his anger out on me. That store mislabeled their items and do to that I will never go back into this location until he is fired. It is not the customer’s fault that their items was incorrect on the shelf; all he had to do is honor my order or explain to me in a calm voice that it was an error. Please reprimand this associate and retrain all staff that the customer is 9 out of 10 times right. I am a manager at Amazon Warehouse and I am disappointed in his unwillingness to assist.

Missed breakfast so I went in 7-11 to grab something quick, pizza was hot and fresh and 1030 am. Really impressed!

good gas station for the most part, gas prices are normally good. almost never have receipt paper in the gas dispensers.

Pretty sure the gas has water in it after filling up my car the next day had all the symptoms of bad gasoline and i added iso alchohol and now it's fine... so almost100% sure you dont want to get gas here

I come here twice a day and they always have a friendly staff, tonight the individual was new. I came in to make a purchase today, and forgot one item after checking out. Went back in, it was a $4 item and got declined 1 minute after my $40 transaction went through. So naturally I called my bank, but according to them no transaction was ever attempted. So I tried 6 more times all with the bank on the phone, same thing, the bank states they didn’t even run the transaction. So from the back an employee says, “you got Chase? Oh yea we got issues with Chase”. I asked the employee to try another register, he refused. So I left without what I needed, drove down the street to the other 7-11, payment accepted immediately.Point being, if you have Chase, open your drinks and food before you get to the register. If they don’t care about what your time is worth due to their laziness to maintain their facility, we shouldn’t care about their profit margins and food costs. Let them throw it away once they decline your Chase cards and they can take the loss! My time is worth more than your soda ??♂️

Whoever the gentleman that is working 10/8/21 at 4:45pm is DESPERATELY in need of training. A simple scan of one item took 7 minutes and another cashier had to do it for him because his incompetence shined through. PLEASE hire people who actually care about their job and not people who obviously DO NOT CARE. Train him or bin him!

Typical convenience store. Always some deal on drinks that I purchase which is good. Decent snack selection. Best to look for sales. Rewards card is worth the free sign up. Delivery options available on some of the food apps.

I usually have a decent experience when I come here. But the past couple of times have been incredibly negative due to my interactions with the same cashier each time. She is incredibly rude and will barely even acknowledge that I'm there, and usually only speaks to ask if I want a bag. I always respond respectfully and say please. The last time I asked for a bag she left it open on the counter with my items on top, so I had to basically bag it again myself. I've worked in customer service for 6 years, from serving to being an Admin, so I understand everyone has off days, and that's ok. But what's not ok is treating others poorly, especially for no reason. It also looked like she was vaping at the counter. She gives off the vibe that she doesn't want to be there at all. Considering that she looks about my age if not a bit older, she should definitely be more kind, polite and professional in my opinion.
