I just recently had an encounter with one of the 711 employees this was on Monday the 11th at about 2 o’clock. I went into the store like always do I am right there, but there is a particular worker that likes to say racist remarks against Black people I go in there with my 711 cup that I purchased All the time to get ice. He accuse me of stealing my cup and as I was purchasing gas he added a dollar to my purchase which he was charging me for the cup. I’ve been using and been purchase. I told him to run the cameras back. Can see that I came in with my cup and he said he did not need to do that that I steal that is so degrading to a woman who is able to What she needs and to have other customers looking at me as a thief that was so embarrassing, and I will be contacting corporate about this And not only that I go on there like I said as a regular and other Customers complain that they stop going to this particular 7-Eleven because of him I live down the street To drive across town just to get my needs met. This worker should not be working at the 7-Eleven with the. Public because we also work hard and come and spend our money at this particular 7-Eleven to get treated the way get treated that is not right so I will be Contacting corporate. Because this worker is very rude degrading of women and of color very racist

Dude was rude I asked for $10 from bank card when I buy something and then try to hand me change what I did not want because I was going to do something what I needed dollar bills and then he complained at me I come to 7 eleven all the time they need to fire him if a customer wants something and you have to give why not do what they want just as long it keeps us happy

To be honest, 3 stars is regular, and you get 2, because you don't have wifi. It shows me what you think about your customers or that you don't think about us, you only think about massive profits. Any established brand that has an app, does delivery, and does internet-based services like having the ability to load a payment card or load cash app, should have wifi.
I do not shop at 711, but a friend wanted a drink from there. I love good businesses and competition and I focus on things that can be changed. 711 reaps massive profits and doesn't care to get wifi, what a shame. I stay away from areas with this store and Dollar General and Dollar Tree and Family Dollar because they do not add anything to the community but like 5 jobs but they charge so much it is like Robbery.
This store was Meh, Gas was 20 cents higher than stores in the area also

I wanted to leave a review regarding this specific location after visiting multiple times, there have been multiple occasions where the guy whos always working there is on his phone the whole time blasting a podcast or loud music, he slams on the counter when he has to ring up your items as if youre not supposed to be purchasing things from there (weird and unnecessary behavior) there is a table with discounted items but they dont charge with the discount price but instead with the original price? i do hope the man whos there all the time during the day is okay because he might just have some problems and is projecting them at the public but its weird and stressful interacting with him, ive seen it with other customers too being confused about his mannerisms and communication.

I'm editing my review to add that this location used to be really good and my preferred go-to 7 Eleven in the area. It has gone downhill in cleanliness and accuracy in the last year or 2.
I went in to get a drink on March 9, and the refrigeration for their drinks is out. It looked like they had just fully restocked their drinks, including those that NEED refrigeration. When I asked the cashier if the fridges were broken, he smiled at me and said yes. Still kept perishable goods in the broken fridge. Took my business somewhere else so my son and I so we wouldn't get sick.

I went to pump air in my tire and the air machines did not work. No sign was on machine that would let customers know it was down.. Clerk said no refunds since its not 7/11 affiliate. Never again!!!
