There’s always a damn sign on the door saying bathroom brb but I literally sat for 20 mins and no one ever came to unlock the door ! This not the first time ! Ridiculous that they are even doing that or don’t have enough staffing for breaks .

There’s a short, older lady with gray hair that it’s very rude. Her name is Binod. I won’t recommend buying here. I washed my hands on the sink that’s outside the restroom, my hands weren’t muddy, greasy or anything like that, while I was on the line behind other costumers getting ready to pay she yelled at me telling me to never wash my hands again on that sink. I tried to explain to her that I was just washing my hands because the restroom was occupied but she responded “I don’t care”. I would completely understand if there’s a policy that prohibits clients from using that sink, I wouldn’t know since there’s no sign, but I have used those sinks at other locations and have never been told anything about it. I ended up leaving telling her that I would never purchase from this location again and would make sure that none of my guys do it neither. The way she speak to costumers is just absolutely unacceptable. When I came in she was already talking to another costumer in a very rude way. That area is under a lot of construction, most of the costumers are latinos and don’t speak fluent english so I think she’s being racist thinking that she can speak to us like that because a lot of them can’t respond to her.

Stopped to use the restroom, it was disgusting. Spoke with cashier Sharda, who clearly has no value for a clean restroom regarding the custome. Thank God I carry wipes and Clorox bathroom cleaner. I'm a trucker and I'm use to encountering such filthiness. She was rude, I'm sure because she was offended, I asked her to clean it. She explained she had no to clean the restroom.She at least gave me the toilet brush, so I could clean it myself. ????????????????

Attempted to get get gas, twice, but both times, only allowed .65 and .93. On top of that, was charged $175.00 twice on credit card. Disputing, but good lord what a waste of time. This place is new as well…too many issues.
