Been going here for years for my husbands meds. yesterday my husband was told that he would absolutely HAVE to have a secondary prescription in order to get his medication which is a schedule 3, because this pharmacy “has been fulfilling too many narcotic prescriptions and now the DEA has been looking into them.” this is what he was told by the lady who answered the phone. basically saying, they needed a FAKE prescription in order to get the meds he needs. we had our Dr call this pharmacy and low and behold, a&p calls back and says the prescription will be ready the next day. sounds like they’re being irresponsible if the DEA is looking into them. Walmart treats us better anyway. Will absolutely never ever be coming back here.

This is just simply based off of my one and only phone call with them this morning. I had heard great things about them. So I decided that I would make them my new pharmacy. The representative answered… I stated Good morning how are you…. Her response was “fine how can I help you” ..she was very short. I then asked her if they had a certain medication in stock, she said no. I then asked will you all be ordering any..she pauses and says no. She never went into detail as to if it’s on back order or if they simply won’t be caring it any longer. I said ok thanks and she hung up in my ear. Based off of the customer service I’ll have to make a hard pass on them. I was really looking forward to doing business with them and supporting a local neighborhood pharmacy.

This is a small neighborhood pharmacy is fantastic & the people that work there are so nice, I was having a difficult time filling an Rx at one of those big box stores (W***r**s)- the staff at those big stores treat you like a number and do not care whether they have a certain medication or whether they can even get it.A&P has always been able to get my meds right on time and they let me know in advance that they have it and are filling it - they call me!!! I don’t have to hunt them down or hold on the phone forever waiting to talk to someone. I love that they always have Christian praise music on when I go in too.Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Staff is really friendly. they are doing best to help our customers.Selena and Amanda are fluent with Spanish and help all patients really respectfully. Kelly always make sure patients get their medicines on time and find coupons to help with the best price available. Our pharmacists Adam and Happy are kind and humble.Absolutely blessing to have such staff.

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and went out of their way for me. The Pharmacist "Adam" was the one who really blew me away with incredible customer service! Did I mention they delivered my medication to my front door? Thank you so much! You really are awesome!

I love visiting this friendly pharmacy. Staff is awesome and always so kind and helpful. I like the fact that they love the community and offer a free food pantry for those in need. I love them so much, God bless everyone here.

Ive been going here for over 10 years! Love this place. I love the fact that they don't treat people bad that come in for a ten pack or singles and even tell us to please be careful and safe! They care about peoples safty AND HEALTH no matter what it is. I send everyone here I was sad when big Chris left. He knew what a big deal the service they provide can be life saving. I hope they NEVER Chage!!! I moved to denton and it's worth the trip for their prices and how I'm treated!!

In March, I got an entire year of my Thyroid Prescription at one time. A&P had done this for me last year, too. Because they didn't have enough in their stock, they told me I'd have to take a three month supply with me and they'd ship the other 9 months of the Rx to my home. They called to ask if they could lift the seal of each bottle to insert cotton to keep the pills from being damaged in transit. I told them that was fine. When they arrived, all 300 pills had been dumped into one large Rx bottle. There was no pack inserted to protect them from moisture/oxygen, so the entire supply is now exposed & unprotected for the remainder of the year ahead. I have no idea how this will effect the potency or efficacy of the medication. I would expect a pharmacy to know better. I was also told the Rx would be the same price as last year, but the price charged was actually about 25% higher. I thought I had found a family oriented pharmacy that had its customers' health needs as top priority. I no longer believe that to be true. I don't know if this prescription will provide the results I need for the coming year.

Friendly, Nice knowledgeable people. They treat everyone that stumbles across their place, like family members. More specifically, like Loved ones. Always smiling and laughing about something makes everyone else feel better! I was raised on small neighborhood pharmacies, and they are one of the few examples of why people Love small neighborhood buisnesses! Keep up the good work!!!
