because this place is a FAKE my wife was in danger for 2 months or more. My wife has to drive for 30 minutes everyday to go and return to her work. Two month ago or more we change the tie rods and motors mounts in A1 WHEEL LIFT& AUTO REPAIR (->Record this Place in your brain for all your LIFE) we paid $600 in cash for this replacement and we were returned there to discuss this total scam and they insisted that the work was done and we can't received any refund of our money. I don't have words to compare this place, there's NOTHING of etic, bunch of street scammers. If you don't wanna be stolen you never visit that hell of place. We have to pay again with another mechanic for a replacement of parts that never were fixed. REMEMBER this YOUR MONEY IS DESTINATED FOR AN EXCELLENT MECANICHS not for these fraudsters.

Buyer, beware do not come to this shop.They are a rip off. This was my first and last time coming to this shop. They do not know what they are doing. I brought my car in to get check. I don't know what was going on with it. They told me it was the transmission fluid and filter. They charge me two hundred and fifty dollars for that and it still did not fix the problem. I brought it back couple of times.He didn't have much to say. my number with them to talk to the manager. I am have to take it to another shop. I hope I don't get riped off like this place did me. This get a 0 from me.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !!! BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS !! I took my car here for a radiator replacement and they basically just took my money !! I picked my car up the coolant tank was completely empty they couldn’t explain why , I than asked them to put coolant in my car why would it be empty if you just did a radiator replacement…he pour water in my car !! Im constantly having to add coolant to my car and now have a swollen radiator hose which was not like this before I took my car to them . They are liars , and will take your money and not fix your car especially if you’re a woman without a guy present ! I will be contacting the owner and cooperate about this place and the guys that work here ! Yall are gonna have a lawsuit soon playing with people money ! Take your car to someone else if you want it fixed please !!!! They are getting over on people at this shop !!!

It was great. I went in asking for Alex but he was not in and the gentleman at the counter said that he could help me.
I told him that Mo from Texas Tire City had sent me there and told me to ask for Alex.
That the AC had gone out on my car and the Mo had said that I did not have any freon in the car and that I had a leak that needed to be fixed.
And told me to pull the car into the garage.
I did and he checked it right away and came back and said that it can be fixed and how much it would cost and that it could be done in an hour.
He was true to his word and the part got to the shop within 15 min and it was fixed with in the next 45 min after that.
I sat in the office and it was nice and cool inside while I was waiting for the car to be fixed.
The chair was hard but at least there was someplace to sit and wait.
Thank you A1 Wheel Lift & Auto for doing such a great job.
The AC worked great and I had to keep turning it down because it was soo cold.

The worst customer service experience ever. I brought my car in to get a new transmission done and took them 2 weeks to fix it. First, it was going to take a weekend due to my arrival in the car but took 2 weeks. At first got a text from AJ(Mechanic) car was ready I arrived via Uber and it wasn't ready plus my AC stopped working. The car AC was working on arrival when transmission went out but now it needs freon all of a sudden. I don't recommend anyone to get their vehicle fixed or worked on from here. Overprice on what needs to be fixed or just straight robbery. Don't come here to save you the headache

Aj the mixed guy I really don’t know what race he is but he’s not black I am a hard-working single mom I went to this place, & trusted them with my car and possessions the Mexican or mixed guy not BLACK GUY his name AJ he stole my gun out of my car From under the seat and I had to pay him $450 to fix my car on top of that He lied to my face. & Try to fight me and hold my keys hostage when paying him was never an issue even after my gun got stolen I’m not that type of person. The black guy worked on my car, so why wouldn’t I pay him? He tried to hold my keys hostage when paying him was never an issue even after my gun got stolen by him I’m not that type of person. And he was very cool and cooperative with me the whole time the black guy also Aj tried to call the police on me after I called the police on him for stealing my gun & He hide the gun once he left and he kept walking around so he could’ve dropped it in one of his two boxes but I am 1000% sure it was him Aj who took my weapon NOT the black guy he denied having it. And was the only one in my vehicle. My gun is either in my purse or under my car seat at all times I LEFT MY CAR FOR 5 MINUTES to let him pull it up i’m small so I sit on the stand will he had no other choice but to let my seat back to move my car of course he saw the gun after he did that, and he of course, put it in his pocket and stole it my mind wasn’t in the right place cause I just left the hospital form my sick baby. That’s why I forgot to get it and put it back in my purse I end up leaving the hospital to take my car up there. Left my sick kid just to go get robbed by someone I trusted with my money & my car and possession. I’m very disappointed. but I will take my loss just know what to expect from this man that’s his black truck !!! what he drive. don’t go here if you don’t want to be disappointment & get robbed as a paying customer.

This fool, AJ, is unprofessional and isn't a good business person. He got upset when I challenged him about his own words he used when he was doing my AC. My AC was worst after he attempted to flush and refill it. Once I drove it a few days and it didn't get any better, I took it back to the shop and questioned his workmanship. He asked what did I want him to do, I told him...I want my car to hit the specs he originally claimed my car would hit once he worked on it. When I asked him to put the gauge in the car to verify the specs he stated he doesn't like being challenged by me doing so.I told him I wanted the car to hit the specs on the gauge as he initially mentioned. He said fine, he then overcharged my system and then wouldn't let it out. I asked him, why would he put to much in and not let the extra out because it would ruin my compressor. He told me if he was going to let any out, it would be another fee of $80 to do so. He then said he was annoyed and told me to leave his shop.I again asked, so as a professional mechanic, and knowing there's to much grin charges inside of my car's AC Unit, was he going to not do his job and make it right... he said not unless I paid him another $80. Again, he told me to leave his shop. He said he didn't care if I was recording him, I wasn't going to do anything because I was a scary old man.I told him he was going to be sorry for conducting business with me this way, but he just continued to laugh and cursed at me. Well, he's in for a rude awakening. He messed with the right one. I took my car to a reputable service provider and spoke to another on the phone and explained the situation of the compressor kicking on and off rapidly after he overcharged my AC and would release any...they stated he either didn't know what he was doing or he purposefully filled my AC with too much freon, to blow my compressor.I'm not done. It's only just begun. Please take your vehicle elsewhere

These guy's don't know what they're doing. Don't recommend ever going here. Got new breaks and all of the sudden my breaks don't work and after 4 ttys they are still worse that they were before I went there.Service: Brakes

I took my rim to get fixed here it was a little crack like a hair and like 1/2 inch length they did the worse welding job I've ever seen bubbles holes very uneven now the car makes a lot of vibration due to they actually bended the wheel I'll need to get a new one they knew it was a very bad job but he still wanted to get fully paid never coming back neither recommend to anyone.
