This is the far worst insurance experience I have ever had. The fluid rates is one issue, the mismanagement in the hands of a rude agent is another. The customer care service is just unbelievably poor. To make matters worse, they never keep their word-- they say one thing and do another and the follow up process is a complete nightmare, all they keep doing to taking you in circles until you just give up. I have had issues with transparency on almost three instances now. I would never recommend AAA. They entice customers with low and attractive rates at the inception but after the first year of service-- it is a complete nightmare.

First things first, i have done everything they told me to do yet, they don’t call back and update nor tell me anything. WORST COMPANY EVER. I have been trying to get things done forever yet they keeps saying the same thing and its SUPER frustrating. No email back from DRONE EARNEST, dont know what else he wants. I have send photos and filled out the form and everything. YET no email back no nothing. This company doesnt seem to want get things done.

THE WORST AGENCY EVER!! THE AGENTS HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE A WATERFALL WHEN SOMEONE IS BRINGING IN BUSINESS BUT WHEN IT COMES TO HELPING AN EXISTING CUSTOMER, THE ATTITUDE AND MISCONCEPTION THEY CREATE ARE HORRIBLE. THE MANAGER’S ATTITUDE IS THE SAME AND JUST SWEEPS THE PROBLEM UNDER THE CARPET. JON, CHERIE AND DURAINE OR JERMAINE WHATEVER HIS NAME IS SPELLED! UNPROFESSIONAL, FLAKES, DUMBELLS WHO LIKES TO PLAY DUMB. I SUGGEST BRING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE BESIDES THIS OFFICE. NEVER HAD I EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND CHILDISH BEHAVIOR IN A PROFESSIONAL AND REPUTABLE INSURANCE COMPANY IN MY WHOLE LIFE. DANIEL TURK WHO IS THE MANAGER WILL NOT CONSIDER A CUSTOMER’S COMPLAINT AND JUST OBLITERATE THE SITUATION AND JUST DONT CARE TO SHOW ANY REMORSE OR CONSIDERATION OF MY COMPLAINT AND HIS AGENTS’ BEHAVIORS.
DO YOURSELVES SOME FAVORS BY GETTING SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE EDUCATION AND REFLECT ON WHAT YOU COULD HAVE DONE BETTER TO ATTRACT BUSINESSES. SOUR ATTITUDE AND SERVICING CUSTOMERS DONT GO TOGETHER! CAPESE!

How to use AAA three times this year all three times they recommended me to a shop that is totally scammed me out of thousands of dollars in repairs that I didn't need at all and only one out of the three times was it actually fixed... what I mean by that is is that it broke down within a thousand miles after it got out of the shop with the exact same reason but yet the shop would always find a way to get out of the warranty

TSA precheckI spent to time to register for my TSA precheck appointment as I had to leave work for this appointment. On the website it said that people with appointments will be given priority. This was NOT the case. First come first served. My appointment was 11:10. I was not seen untold 11:40. Zero priority and I’m a AAA member.

TSA pre check appointment made 2 weeks before, showed up 5 min before and was told will still be two hour wait. Whats the point of an appointment. Waste of time and a drive.

Worst customer service. It's a 50/50 chance you get told the something that matches what you were told the first time you called. You will be "recommended" into not canceling and then they will change you when you didn't cancel on time. Even the corporate office will state that they will be MAILING a bill instead they take it out of your bank account. Also forget about privacy, if you set a password phrase on your account no body will ever ask for it. They will also call others with a close enough name to make changes and release your information. This isn't a one bad employee this is a bad company.

They are the worst!! Just AAA texas in general not specifically this office. Why dont yall just say we dont have anyone to help you tonight instead of just keeping to push the time back further and further? Be honest about your resources!! My original time was 6:21 now its 11:14p it will probably be tomorrow before I get assistance if I wait on y’all ?♀️ i would have called a different service this is ridiculous yall completely waste peoples time. It just keeps getting pushed back an hour every hour on the hour. I have screenshots. If you were honest I would have just found a different service. I have been with y’all 5 years but I will be finding new insurance cancelling my membership and recommending others find someone else!

My father is a loyal AAA customer for decades now and he had to wait on a busy intersection for over an hour for service! Unacceptable, my father is 80 years old and companying him was my mother (75 years old). I am making arrangements to have them switch to Statefarm. As I arrive to the scene, I placed a call and the representative informed me that service will begin in 30-35 mins. My father even received a text message that “we are on the way” but that 30-35 mins passed. Thank initial call by my father took place at approximately 2:45 pm. It is now 4:18 pm and still no sign of a tow truck?

I was called by an agent from this location, was offered a promotional upgrade at no extra cost, couple weeks later I rec'd a bill, tried to dispute and every level of management denied honoring what their employee did! I was told it was just a mistake on their part and it would not be honored nor the employee would be reprimanded.The office manager by the name of Chris is extremely RUDE. AAA customer service is below 1 star! It bothers me to give them this much credit. Customer service is not their strong point!!

I have had AAA for over 12 years. Moving to Texas and getting set up in this location seemed easy and they were helpful. After speaking with an insurance agent and giving my email, my email has been spammed with soo much junk mail!!! AAA must del your information. Extremely disappointed by this!

Last May 26,2022 somebody steal our catalytic converter at the Cinemark Alliance Town Center my wife & my son went there between 4pm -7pm by the time they arrived at the parking lot and my started to start the engine it was a loud sound like a big bike when we found out the catalytic converter was stolen so we have a police report same day that night. When we bring our to the mechanic they said they cover all the expenses because we have full coverage plus it was stolen it's not an accident.
