I took my vehicle in for a drain and fill. I received a call stating that I needed to replace my transmission for $3600. I paid for the drain and fill and left. Fast forward 8 months and my vehicle started making noise and my thought was "well I guess it is finally going out". NO...took to another shop and was informed that the mount was gone and was the reason for the original complaint that I took here for. Mechanic also let me know that the drain and fill was never done because there were no tools marks showing that the transmission plate had been taken off. So not only did they lie about me needing a new transmission but they didn't perform the work I paid for. AND possibly knew it was only a mount. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

They shot me strait, gave me a good price to replace my transmission and had it fixed before the date they told me it would be done. I drove from Texas to Washington State through the mountain passes and my truck is driving better than EVER. What a GREAT experience..... I highly recommend you do business with this company.

Was having issues with my trans and nobody was willing or able to help. Called and they told me to swing by. Not only did they fix it but I was in and out. Great customer service. Will most def be back if needed.

I had my truck sent in for Transmission Control Module ,$ 300.00 for a the owner to come out to program it , and next thing I know went through TCM'S transmission went out ,and everything on my receipt was wrong ,and then tried to up charge me to fix it .

They damaged my exhaust and couldn't fix it, broke my mount and denied it. They left greasy hand prints on the car even my trunk. and charged more then quoted. They're not equipped to work on lowered cars without damaging the car.
