I've been here quite a few times for oil changes and state inspections and had many different techs and managers. All have been friendly, efficient, and followed the procedures to do the job right. I don't hesitate to go back when needed.

Great service with an incredibly friendly staff! I go out of my way to come to this location, Caleb is friendly and incredibly professional, Jay is newer and is exceptional and lastly Jacob who's always prompt and kind. This location is superior to every other location! Come to this one and avoid the one on HULEN BEND! A lady works there with curly hair who can't help but put herself in EVERYONES business. This location on South Hulen by the little Caesars and Walgreens is the one to go to though!! Great management great team!!

Went today for state inspection. Fast courteous service...truly less than 15 minutes. Clean and nice smelling lobby. Would recommend.

It took almost 2 hours of wait time to get my vehicle inspected. Also, the one man that appeared like he was doing everything, didn’t get all the screws back in there places, after checking the cabin filter. Two of the screws were laying in my seat!

I would not recommend this location. I visited Take 5 early in the morning on 9/23 for an oil change, and what I experienced was incredibly disturbing. While my vehicle was being serviced, the technician, Quincy, unzipped his pants, placed his hand inside, and began fondling himself right in front of my car. As a woman, I was terrified and immediately rolled my window up. Despite this, Quincy continued the service, and the manager, Jacob, eventually came back with the oil. I rolled down my window to pay and left in complete disbelief.
After a long dental surgery later that day, I called the customer service line to report what happened. Jacob called me back and, before returning to the location, I specifically asked if Quincy was still there. Jacob assured me he was gone for the day. When I arrived, Jacob informed me that he had reviewed the video footage. He mentioned that he saw Quincy messing with his belt area for several minutes but couldn’t see any exposure from his angle.
As I prepared to leave the parking lot, my check engine light came on. I returned to the line, but the technician told me I would have to wait behind three other vehicles. I decided to go to AutoZone next door to get the codes printed, which indicated an issue with the mass airflow sensor. I then recalled that Quincy had removed my air filter during the oil change and mentioned that it needed to be replaced, but I had opted out.
When I returned to Take 5, the technician was extremely rude and dismissive, insisting the bolts on the air filter were stripped and it could have been a dealership issue. He contradicted himself multiple times regarding when the check engine light would have come on, all while being disrespectful. I requested to speak with Jacob again, who confirmed that the screws were indeed stripped, preventing the air filter from being properly secured. He then went to AutoZone himself to get new screws and fixed the issue by replacing the filter and resetting the code.
I am still in disbelief that not only did I experience an act of indecency from Quincy, but I also had to deal with the aftermath of him failing to properly reinstall the air filter. To go through all of this while recovering from a lengthy dental surgery is beyond frustrating. As a woman, this entire experience has left me feeling disgusted and reminded of the unfortunate reality that we must always be cautious when it comes to car maintenance.
