I absolutely cannot with the people who work at this location. There are seriously nothing but mean girls working here who give attitude or seem like they hate their life while asked to do something, especially the tall brunette. I will be driving to the Hurst location from now on.

Omg AWFUL!!! Never again. I’d rather drive 50 mins than come to this store. Everyone looks like they hate their life. Not a single person asked me or anyone else in the store if we needed anything. They guarded the dressing room. I literally had to move around the lady bc she would not move for me to go in there (turns out she the manager) the girl at the counter was really the only one working. Manager was mean to her and basically pushed her off the computer to get me a receipt. Guess she mad she actually had to work. Just watch you the entire you shop. So uncomfortable. Making you feel like you’re made out to be a thief. Ew hated the environment and won’t be going back. I couldn’t wait to leave honestly.

I want say 3.5 stars but can’t th They had many different options I really like the wireless bra the fabrics nice but the prices are a bit high it’s a pretty luxurious place so I’ll give it that

I am really bad with names but Camille and the store manager that just had a baby are both absolutely amazing every time I come in. They go above and beyond to take care of me as a client. I always end up spending $300/$400 every time I go in there because they make me feel so comfortable. Camille is especially amazing because I’ve been in several times over the last couple of years and she was consistently welcoming, helpful, informative, and encouraging every time I came in! Even before we had a relationship, before she remembered me.Camille measured me, talked about the credit card, told me about the rewards program, told me about how Aerie does not airbrush any model photos and hires varieties of people. She is always SO HELPFUL when I come in. She lets me know about sales, offers fitting rooms, shows me what’s new… she’s amazing. I think some of the other employees that aren’t management need to be trained to be more like her. I’ve been in when Camille and the store manager aren’t there and the employees are distant, not engaging, not welcoming… but that won’t spoil my absolutely amazing outlook on Hulen Aerie. I know that they perform well in front of managers but when the managers aren’t there, they are just there for a paycheck, unfortunately.The product itself is absolutely amazing. I’ve lost a ton of weight and I could not find cute and comfortable clothes, ESPECIALLY BRAS, that fit well until Aerie. I have so many clothes from here for the gym, athleisure looks, relaxed but well-tended to looks… all so comfortable and I always get compliments. I just can’t get over this store!My biggest complaint with the company is that I’d really like for corporate to put plus sizes IN STORE. I have a lot of plus size friends that would shop at and benefit from Aerie products and ordering online is a timely and hit or miss process that leaves plus size people feeling uncared for, invisible, and frustrated. Please get extended sizes in store!!!! I would also like to say that with other places raising their minimum wage to $15/an hour, I think Aerie/American Eagle had the money to pay their employees more per hour. I’ve looked online for an idea of how much employees are paid and they deserve more as well as good benefits. They work hard for you! Client engagement matters just as much, if not MORE, that the product itself.

Love this store, the best location i’ve been to because of the employee Solana. Will come back to this location every time i need to shop. Solana made the shopping experience super fun and easy. not stressful at all. The customer service was the best i’ve experienced in forever. I recommend this store and i recommend specifically to ask for Solaana. She’ll make sure you’re comfortable and happy and inform you about all the deals and offers!

The management here is bad and they pay you horribly. I was sick on numerous occasions considering we are in a global pandemic and they were rude about it. They overworked me and gave me no benefits.
