All of the pharmacy staff are helpful and caring. I am so glad I decided to transfer all my medication needs to this location.

For the past year I have seen the checkers working themselves to death - checking and bagging and helping me put sacks into basket - ALL WHILE other staff members just stand around chatting..... do you no longer employee people to help bag and put in the basket?? What am I paying for? Seems like it would speed up the lines if you actually had people that got paid to do this. OR perhaps the people standing around are paid to do this and just are not doing it. The young men you have employed to check are useless, lazy and rude. You need to clean house and start over with them. Don't know who the manager is there now but perhaps they need to go to. Just about done with my 40 years of shopping there. Kroger here I come!

The manager with the glasses yeah she should be fired. She is horrible.
1. I was at self checkout the light went off since i removed a bag to soon. She comes over and fixed that. Ok cool. I tell her “I’m going to go ahead and get you to enter these 50% off tags if you don’t like so I don’t have to keep calling you back.” She doesn’t say anything besides “how many”. Ok no problem.
2. I continue checking out and then tuna rings up for $2.29 instead of 88¢. She along with two very sweet and helpful employees are standing at the self checkout desk huddled over the binder for scheduling. She proceeds to tell me it’s probably just an old tag. One of the employees goes to check the shelf. There’s the 88¢ price and the special is running through May 17. Before I even got to that point the suggestion is made to total out like I’m paying to see if it comes off at the end. I didn’t get a chance to enter my number at this point and I even said Albertsons machines total the discount as you go so no it won’t come off at the end. So yeah still didn’t work. The employee takes the tuna off and manually enters the purchase. Ok thanks problem resolved.
3. Now i have a decent amount of coupons and what not on my phone number. I go to pay for the purchase low and behold I can’t go back and re-enter the phone number. The manager says well what do you have coupons on. I showed her and also I had a spend $110 get 4 additional rewards. She tells me well she can’t do anything about it call corporate. Wait what? Snarky/condescending tones aren’t needed. Especially since you have had an attitude the entire time you’ve had to deal with me.
4. The other employee (he’s so sweet every time we go in) voids it out takes us to the register to ring it all up again so I can get all my savings and what not.)
5. The manager is told Thanks for not caring enough about the customers to come up with a solution to this problem that was the fault of the store in the first place. She proceeds to start a screaming match while walking to customer service. Rolling her eyes flailing her arms. If this is the people Albertsons employs as managers the store is going to roll down hill FAST. She then tells me hmm let me go clock out. Excuse me? Is that a threat?
6. I’m still in shock that #1 she let her employees try to figure out what to do since she couldn’t be bothered to help. #2 that her attitude was that of a two year old when she actually was supposed to work #3 that she disrespected me in front of her employees my 68 year old mother and my 5 year old daughter. #4 that she resorted to threatening to clock out over discounts that was clearly an easy fix.
If it wasn’t for the kindness and caring efforts of the two employees present when this happened Kendall, Chrissy, and Patrick when we do shop at Albertsons then I would take my business elsewhere and still may depending on how this manager continues to act. Horrible especially since I live across the street from the store.
Now looking at my receipt they still failed to fix the tuna discount.

The pharmacy lacks good customer service, professionalism, any good bed side manner and cleanliness. Never go there especially for vaccinations. The supermarket itself is dated and uninviting. The 6-10 minute drive to any other location is worth it. Will not return.

My parents were treated terribly by the pharmacists that work there. Judd was rude to my mother. Janice asked my dad if he had gotten his vaccine because lots of black people haven't gotten it. Well we are people of color and the treatment my parents received from Albertsons pharmacy was horrible!
We are changing pharmacies and won't be shopping at Albertsons!

Not a good store to shop at. Always out of certain itemsSlow to restock. One of the cashiers that work there will not put the groceries after being sacked and paid for into the grocery basket.

This particular location. The associates who sack act like it's a bother to sack your groceries. Also why is it so hard to get Freshpet dogfood in the big bags without cranberries ($19.99 size).

Would be fine except for the odor, for the last few weeks a strong, vile odor hits as soon as you enter the front, smells like a sewer. I asked a couple of staff, they said they did not smell anything, I think it's been there so long they've become accustomed to it.
