Takes many hours to get your prescription filled, they are always short staffed, and they give attitude if you ask for an ETA on your medication after they have been working on it for 5 hours already.

All of my experiences with the pharmacy staff have been positive. They are knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

First , they tell you have 25$ for first order but not
Second , I buy a vitamin D with insurance they charge me 20$ but the original price just 12$ in the same Albertsons store and we can not refund if you buy from Pharmacy store .
I really want the reason why I used insurance so I pay more than . I need the exclaim from Albertsons.

Sometimes give you a cute attitude, rightfully so because this pharmacy has only one person working there and personally I never had any issues here and in my experience my medications come out on time.Cecilia rules and she gives you information on your medication whenever you need it.

I am a regular customer at this Albertsons. The Store has had a makeover - and now bas the WOW factor! More products, easier to find, overall excellent customer service - which has always been consistently excellent. L love my new Albertsons!!

The store is clean and beautiful but customer service is horrible. The bakery department employees and the cashiers are the worst.

First, Leah and checkout is very rude. Apparently pushing the Albertons app gives you an excuse to talk to someone that has been coming to your store for five years with an attitude if we do not have it. I have never once experienced a rude worker the entire time I have shopped here. Very disapointed.

Cecilia is hands down, bar none, without question the best pharmacist in existence. She is truly the highlight of my day each time I go in to the pharmacy. In fact, since I first started going to this Albertsons Pharmacy, I have moved several miles away, and even though there are tens of pharmacies (including other Albertsons) much closer to my new home, I still go to see Cecilia each month. Not only is she very quick and proficient at her job (seriously, she is the best), but she is incredibly, profoundly kind, and takes a genuine interest in my life. She always greets me with a smile and knows my name, asks about my wife and child, and we have great conversation. I cannot say enough good about her.

Literally the worst Albertsons I’ve ever been to. Do not go here, the manager literally screams at you and is super disrespectful.

I've been a customer of one Albertson's or another for years and have found it to be serviceable, consistent in quality, though not the best priced grocery store. Within ten minutes of my house or so are four grocery stores and two Walmart Supercenters. With so many choices, I've come to appreciate the strengths and weaknesses of each. Albertson's is a little higher on beer prices, but their in-store made chips are outstanding, restaurant style with a savory chili-based seasoning. They run meat sales that can result in crazy low prices on pre-seasoned chicken, steak, and pork, as well as shrimp and salmon. You have to watch their adds for these. Frequently, a bumper at the entrance of the store will feature some "Buy 1, get 2 free" meat deal, with more back in the butcher area. This store has no self-check, which seems oddly old-school these days. So, there's always a line and you always have to wait in it. I've never see more than two registers open, possibly due to the times I shop. But, once in a while I get caught behind someone with a large cart and have no choice but to wait. The store itself is a bit old, but clean. The Bank Of America ATM here is very convenient for me. So, yeah. It's a pretty good grocery store. Self-check would be a major convenience improvement, like the Kroger across the street. And the age of the store will show more and more if no updates are made in the next few years.
